From the first call they were very responsive and on time. Very professional service and clean up when finished. They came out today to replace my old circuit breaker box!

I had this company service my AC before and has a great experience. Got a hold of them on the weekend and was able to get someone to come out and take a quick look at my problem. A part had to be purchased and had my unit fixed the next day. The two gentlemen that came out were very friendly and professional. They seemed to be thorough with their work and answered all the questions I had. I felt at ease and confident with their service. Very good experience overall and would recommend.

After the company I previously used for my AC Maintenance stopped being responsive, I contacted Pollux to perform my AC maintenance. The receptionist is friendly and always prompt in responding and setting up appointments and the technicians come quickly and on time, which is rare in Miami. The technician that was sent to my property for maintenance and repairs is very knowledgeable, efficient, and successfully fixed my issue and got my AC back and running. They are responsive and get the job done. I highly recommend them!
