Just bought a home and decided I could take off all my popcorn ceiling. Great idea until I did not turn off my ac. Then all the problems started. I was able To call at 10pm and next day they were there. Was so happy with the service. Cleaned my ducts and even installed my ecobee. 100% recomend.

24H service is just an escamotage to make you call!! Called today for an issue on my AC, it is not cooling, and request to please have a technician available today anytime ( temp outside is 87F) and the answer was, ok no problem, is Monday ok? Monday??? It’s Saturday today!!! Poor service. Not recommended .

These people were told to check everything to make sure the AC is working properly (regardless of the cost). The technician stated everything was fine just the wiring for the motor. After the "fix" and payment we noticed the temperature would not go down. They stated that we should wait till the next day, if it was the same they would come and check it. The next day comes, they check it (using the same technician)and now say it's freeze on if not then he doesn't know what the issue is.....? We spoke to owner stating we did not feel comfortable paying additional costs for uncertainty when less than 24 hours before the technician stated that the AC is working great and that EVERYTHING is fine. There was no due dillegence as we came to find out the technician was supposed to even come inside to check. The owner basically stated we just didn't want to pay for things and that we were liars. We literally told the technician that what ever the cost, please make sure everything is working condition the first visit. They did not resolve the issue nor take accountability for their lack of due dillegence then have the audacity to say we are liars. Lesson learned 1. NEVER use this company 2. Record technicians when they are completing services.

Amazing! 100% recommended. Fast and excellent work! They changed the whole AC system in less than 3 hours! Go with Pollux air, you will not regret it! The whole team is just amazing.
