Direct Air Conditioning

I’m still waiting for other comparisons financially. But what I’ve experienced with them so far was good.

Highly satisfied with the service and the new AC unit so far. Wilbert the tech was very professional and helpful. His level of professionalism was one the things that made me choose this company. The company responsiveness was also excellent.

Joe the technician arrived promptly to diagnose a AC blower issue we had with our Lennox AC system. He identified the issue, checked on the warranty status with the manufacturer since they are a Lennox Premier dealer, and got a replacement blower under warranty and replaced on the same day.

During the visit, Joe also identified the root cause of the issue, which is a blown vent that’s leaking air and causing the blower to overwork and fail. He spend the time to properly seal the leaked vent before installing the new blower.

Also we told him the compressor outside sometimes struggles to restart, he tested and replaced the failing capacitor for the compressor, and that problem was also promptly solved. Talking about efficiency and professionalism!

I would highly recommend and trust Direct Air Conditioning and Joe for all your ac problems!

I have a whats app group of owners in Kendland Pointe II.
I asked for recommendations and this company was suggested,
I called and they mention that was a 99 us charged just for showing up and that it goes toward the job.
I new that it was the capacitor in the roof and I had many companies don this job in many occasions but I have never hear of charging u$ 770 for a new capacitor plus a hard starter.
This is a 20 minutes job. So, yes I was in shock is this ok, so they know you do not have other choice than pay the us 99 but I said not to do the job and lose money and time.

Luis and Salomon were the utmost professional, caring and attentive team assisting our family with the Air conditioners, duct cleaning, and electrical work. They ensured to explain every detail of the process, showed me before and after pictures, validated and cared for my questions and concerns.
Luis and Salomon also kept everything clean by wearing booties in my house, wiping down areas, swept everything, laid down rugs, and covered all areas to keep extra clean.
Their work ethic and quality of work (cleaning, repairing and ensuring I was informed and happy) have surpassed my expectations. They are the best in their field! Thank you for great work and kindness.

Luis and Solomon arrived at my home in a timely manner and proceeded to thoroughly clean my entire Trane ACunit … coils were cleaned , photos of before and after cleaning were done. They were extremely conscientious and skilled in performing what was needed to be done. They were particularly immaculate as they cleaned my unit and the area where they worked. As I don’t speak Spanish, I appreciated that one of the two spoke Eng and Spanish as they both answered any questions that I had. They were courteous and professional! Great team! Great service from Direct Air! I highly recommend them !
