Direct Air Conditioning

I am a repeat customer, well I was until today. I called DirectAir at 1pm today to schedule a repair and your rep quoted me 75 for the trip charge. Shortly after that, I received an automated text telling me me that the service time window would be 515-715. Your tech calls me at 645 to confirm and says the trip charge is 125 because it's after hours. I didn't make the appt after hours. I didn't ask to wait 5 hours for the appointment. That was your decision. Not cool, guys. I am using a student company. Bye

Eric was exellent! Had him out to look at our a/c pump/condenser which was not working. He was straight forward about what it would cost to repair and/or replace. I called this morning for service and Eric was here within a couple hours. We are replacing the system which will be installed tomorrow (saturday). This has been excellent service from my initial phone call thru the technician sode of the business. I highly recommend them.

Luis did a great job on my air conditioning system. He cleaned my unit thoroughly and in the rain. I want him to service my unit every time I use my maintenance agreement. I don't want anyone else to touch my unit but Luis. Give him a well deserved raise.

Jose was very good in explaining the results of the AC testing as well as his assessment of other issues related to the house' insulation.
