My tech was Craig. He did an outstanding job and communicated all the posdible outcomes and options. Turned out to be a small leak in the cap tube where the vibration against the liquid line opened a pinhole that leaked refridgerant. The leak was in the evaporator (14 months old). I had purchased the labor warranty, so the replacement coil and labor charge was covered under warranty. Craig even held to his promise to fix it the next day despite him being sick. We are cool again. Thank you craig annd Direct for standing behind your euipment!

Do not call them for your AC! I bought a new unit from Direct Air 3 years ago. It was backed up for the first time and I called them. $75 just to come out regardless, but I was ok with that. They came out and tried to tell me it was $1,000 to pull the coil, acid wash it and clean the pan. I was standing next to the coil- you could eat off of it, it was so clean! Yes, there was water in the pan and the drain line needed to be flushed, but that was all. Such a scam! I told the tech to leave immediately! Had another AC company out today. They cleaned the pan and flushed the drain line. $150, that’s all. Not $1000 to clean something that was already clean! Beware! Do not use them!

Raul was very professional. They responded fast and were able to fix the problem with my A/C. He offered ways to keep my A/C running better with the services his company offered.

I called on a weekend as an emergency repair for a leaking unit. My technician Luis came, and ultimately diagnosed a leak in the coil. The team replaced it the next day. Luis managed to make my unit run cool through the night until they could get the part Monday morning.

Very professional and fast with the installation too, I had purchased one unit 2 years ago and now I changed my second unit to the more efficient unit, Mr.Wilbert Gomez helped me with everything I needed and any questions I had, and always respond my calls no matter the time.
