We are very happy with the work the techs, Luis and Salomon did. They were very clean, explained the process and showed us the before and after pictures. I would highly recommend using this company again!

They charged me 75 dollars to tell me I have a leak at the compressor coil which I saw a simple weld and recharge would take care of it. Then they gave me an estimate of $7600.00 for a new unit for an 1800 square foot home. I was going to ask him if Gucci or Cartier made that unit at that price. With available financing. I said that was too much. Could we work the price and meanwhile fix the leak. I was willing to pay and he said that he would be stealing my money if he did that. He left and did not even put my filter or all screws back on my unit. As if he was in a hurry to leave. I paid him cash and said goodbye. Very unprofessional. I work in the repair industry and always try to find a middle ground with my client. I wouldn’t use or recommend them if they were the last AC company around. Pictures from their visit. How they left my system which was not how they found it.
My wife and I both work from home and have 3 teenage girls in the home. Not compassion or understanding. It’s all about the $$$$$$ money for these people. How unfortunate. Was willing to pay cash for a new system but not at that price.

The technician Rolando Victrero was nothing but amazing! He was very professional and understanding. Rolando went above and beyond for customer service. I highly recommend using this company for any AC needs..

Will was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and on time. He Quickly attempted to diagnose the problem and answered every question I had. He offered solutions and prices for us to consider and didn’t force us to make immediate decisions.

Very disappointed with the service I received today. I scheduled an appointment with Direct air conditioning and within 5-10 mins the guy told me what was the problem with my ac unit. I felt cheated because he didn't do a proper diagnosis and charged me $75 for service. My unit is only 7 years old. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I wish I could give them 0 star. This company is definitely in the busy of taking people hard earn money. Shame on the employer for hiring people that don't want to work.

Arrived earlier than the window is spectacular. Quick and courteous! A/C back up and running! Ivan was very professional in communication between us and our landlord to get us sorted out.

Unethical business practices. Just out to take advantage of their customers. Contracting this company was one of the worst decisions of my life. Paid about 100 K only for them to botch the service and then they have the audacity to ask for more money in order to fix it. Disregard the positive reviews as they were posted prior to the company changing ownership. The current owner is a professional scam artist at best.
