Awesome Company! They do a great job and are always fair and honest. We highly recommend Reynolds Air and Heat! We use them for our personal AC needs as well as for our business needs.

Reynolds Air and Heat were recommended to me by a friend and I am so grateful to have found a professional company to service my A/C. Dependable, reliable, and prompt service. Their rates are very reasonable and they are a very knowledgeable team!!!!

There was a problem with our system 3 AC companies couldn’t figure out. Zach found and fixed the problem. As a realtor, I refer Reynolds air and heat several times a month to my customers. They are always on time, knowledgeable, honest, and fair. I would have given him 6 stars, but his beard needs shaving.

Air conditioning went out on Wednesday called Zach from Reynolds Air Conditioning. Two days before Memorial Day weekend. They were here and in a day and half I have a brand new system. “Great people great service.”

Reynold's does it right! Had my duct work replaced recently and they did it faster than promised, ( A good thing because no ducts no A/C!!), and on price. Very professional, cleaned up after themselves and everything. Very Happy.

Please find another company, this "owner" yelled and cussed me out when I called about concerns with the warranty that falls on the company that installs it, I continued to be civil as he was interrupting me, he continued to displace blame on the manufacturer. The reviews from these are all computer generated and simulated, it's fairly easy to trace. Please don't make the mistake of trusting them or the reviews. Again all I called was to get information on the warranty that they were supposed to register, and got told to f off. Again this was the owner I was speaking to, acted very childish, especially the way he puffed his chest when he couldn't give an appropriate response. Extremely shady!

This is a weak attempt to save face, this review is 100 percent accurate, I don’t have any incentive to call a company looking for information and act combative, what sense does that make? You could easily hang up if I was cussing at you, where as I have to sit and listen to your belittlement because I needed something for you, I couldn’t hang up. Sometimes the truth hurts, but as an adult and In a position of management, you need to do better sir.

The fact that you waited a significant amount of time to form a reply, I’m assuming hoping that I wouldn’t see these fabrications, only adds to the review.

No, I called seeking information which you couldn’t provide, i don’t try to assume your reasons, but your name is plastered all over the AC equipment, I was calling about the warranty as well as work that you did with the instillation. The warranty stays with the unit, what sense would the previous owner have with a unit that’s at at their old home? No I needed the information so I could register for the warranty, per the manufacturer’s instruction. In the future just say no, you don’t want to provide the information, and leave it at that, don’t get an attitude and start cussing me out.

Reynolds team was very helpful. They responded quickly, were flexible and most importantly they solved our AC issue. Will be using for HVAC going forward.

Renalds air and heat is a first class operation, just recently had a new unit installed at my house, this isn't the first time that I used them and it won't be the last. Definitely recommend for all your AC and heating needs.

The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them if we have any ac issues and will refer them to friends.

I've used Reynolds probably a half dozen times at different properties. They are honest, very reasonably priced and always on time. Would highly recommend to anyone!
