Reynolds Air and Heat

Last night I requested an appointment online for an hvac emergency at our house and Reynolds called this morning at 8am and said they could be here within 3 hours. The tech showed up early, was friendly, and within 20 minutes had everything working. The price was extremely reasonable (lower than I expected). I highly recommend this company.

AC broke down late on a Friday night. Reynolds Air was at our house before we were even awake Saturday AM to recharge the unit. He gave us an honest time-frame for how much longer the unit would run. I couldn't believe it was still running so I knew he was right. He ordered our new unit in and kept it in the shop so when the old one died, we wouldn't have to wait. It died for good. He had us installed the very next day. Infact, he started the install himself to make sure it happened and we were cool that same night. I can't say enough good about this company and the owner, Zach Reynolds. He is as honest and fair as the day he was born. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Thank you Mr. Reynolds-

We have used this company since we moved to Florida 7 years ago. they are always friendly and know their stuff. I've never been left to think I'm being ripped off. always get out ASAP!! highly recommend this team.

There is nothing scarier than waking up in the summer and noticing that the temperature in your house is creeping up and the AC unit is not running even though it’s on.

Thankfully, Reynolds Air & Heat is the best AC company on the Space Coast, and they have amazing customer service.

The AC is already fixed, and they were kind enough to help our elderly neighbor fix a screw on his mailbox. Companies like this make our community that much better!

We had Reynolds completely replace and re-duct our entire hvac system last Spring, about 9 months ago at the time I'm writing this. It works awesome! With our old system, the bedrooms and home office did not get much circulation, so in the summer they were sweltering. Zach came over, I explained the problem, and he designed a new system with a new duct and return layout. I got quotes from a few other companies, but Reynolds' was both the most competitive and "thought big" about the solution. The crew was professional and the work was completed ahead of schedule. We've now gone through a summer and all the rooms remained cool and comfortable, and our electric bill is lower too. Recently I had a termite inspection, and when the inspector came out of the attic he said, "hey did you get new ducts? Because I see a lot of ductwork, and I can tell whoever installed that did a really quality job." I absolutely recommend them!

Late June, Palm Bay Fl, 3 pm and the air conditioner stops working. We made a quick call to Reynolds’s Air and Heat as they have helped us in the past. They scheduled an emergency visit to arrive in less than an hour. A friendly, professional visit immediately found the problem and made the repair. These guys are great! Probably should put them on speed dial!

Outstanding company! We were looking for a replacement of our 12 year old a/c system. A co-worker mentioned Reynold's Air and Heat. Gave them a call, and not only did they have the best bid, but the best attitude of all the companies. No pushy sales people, just an honest company doing a great job. We got a top of the line unit for less than what other companies were going to charge us for the bargain basement unit. Crew that installed were very professional and clean. You couldn't even tell that they had been here, no debris left behind and everything put back as it was before they got here. Workmanship is immaculate. AC system is so quiet that we find ourselves checking to make sure it's on and it is. Will gladly call Reynolds again for any future needs and have already passed their name on with recommendations.

We had Reynolds Air & Heat install a mini split a/c unit in our family room a year ago and what a great job they did. This has been the best investment yet in our home the room was an add on and because of the roof pitch we could never really keep it cool. This has made it so comfortable and our electric bill has gone down. Thanks to everyone at Reynolds and thanks to Jacob and Jordan for coming out today to do the yearly service on the unit they did a great job and got it done quick, thanks guys.
