Zack and his team were very professional. They quote package gave all the detail we needed to compare with other quotes. Zack went out of his way to find us the unit we decided upon to limit the number of days we would be without air. The team was very efficient, the job site was always clean and the system has worked like a charm since installation.

I have used Reynolds Air and Heat a few times. Everyone is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They replaced my 19 year old air system today, it’s on top of my roof. Thought I would have to have roofers come out to seal new system. The guys were very careful and was able to take old system out and put new one in exact spot, so no cost for roofer needed! Their prices are good and I know they are VERY trustworthy.

Jacob and Greg came out found the problem with the heat not working ran and got the parts and made the repair quick and easy. Both we're very polite and professional and didn't waste anytime. Will definitely use them again if I have any issues. Also the lady taking calls in the office was very nice and efficient.

Old AC was crumbling from salt exposure so I got several quotes choosing Reynolds for the Install. Professional crew got my 4 ton system replaced in about 4 hours at a very competitive price.

Just purchased a home and after the summer my AC did not seem to be working as well as it used to. I called Reynolds to get a maintenance service done and sign up for their 3 year plan since it saves $150 to do it that way instead of year by year. I looked up reviews on many different companies in the area, and based on the amount of service offered and the excellent reviews I went with Reynolds. Lisa and the office was extremely accommodating and helpful in getting me in for a service call, The guys showed up in a timely fashion and were extremely kind and happy to go in depth answering questions and explaining things. The best part is they never tried to oversell me on repair items. Very happy that I chose this company. And I will be recommending them to all my family

These are the best and most dedicated people. Never overcharges and sends only the best and most experienced for the job. I have referred them to my neighbors who have been very happy as well.
