Top knotch work. Prices are great. They replaced my entire A/C unit in my house and outside unit as well all in 1 day. Clean professional service.

We have used Reynolds for new unit install (house we sold) and repair on new house unit.....Reynolds bail fix a problem another company created ( thought that was a deal). Called Lisa and she was so friendly and remembered us very professional and personable Zacks employees respect him and work hard and they respect your home never leave a mess. Reynolds heat and air is an HONEST- RESPECTABLE- and PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. They do NOT create issues they do not sell u a new unit if you don’t need one. I will never use another HVAC company again. They don’t make honest people like this anymore. I highly recommend Reynolds for NEW units or repairs! You will not be disappointed!!!!

Reynolds Air is beyond amazing. From the office to the owner. We had our Whole AC system done in December and their team of guys were fantastic. We just had our whole duct system replaced and what a huge crazy big job. The team crushed it and in one day done. My house looked better after they left. I'm impressed on every front. So SO glad we "stumbled" upon this company! They installed the original A/C in the house we later purchased; who better to call if we needed a repair? When it finally came time to replace the unit, Zach (the owner) was able to schedule us within a couple days. They gave us two options on the estimate, both of which were more than fair. This is a small locally-owned business run by some real down-to-earth folks. Jacob and Ryan were VERY professional, and with the added plus that unlike many contractors, these folks are tech-savvy and SUPER responsive. Lisa, their office manager, was super great; always communicating what was going on, and just like the rest of the crew, tech savvy! Also: Jacob and Ryan did an outstanding job of cleaning up. So many contractors neglect this, and I swear my floors were cleaner after they left than they were this morning. Thanks again! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Update 7/6/2022 I emailed Lisa last night about our A/C not getting cold, and first thing this morning she sent both an email and a text saying that someone would be here between noon and 12:30. A text update stated Zach was on his way and he arrived around 11:00. In less than thirty minutes the problem was diagnosed and fixed, for under $200. UNBELIEVABLE!! You can never go wrong with these folks.

Called Reynolds Air & Heat when 10+ Year old system didn’t seem to be working well. A friend recommended them. Husband called and spoke with Lisa on Tuesday, June 10. By late Wednesday had a new system totally installed! Technicians were polite, reliable, and knew their craft. These guys did a fantastic job despite the humidity, the downpours and my overly friendly dog. Lisa, the office clerk, Ryan, the owner, and his crew offered great customer service, from the first phone call right down to the clean up and explanation of how to best maintain my new system. Would highly recommend this company!

Perfect. I'm amazed and encouraged that a company like Reynolds Air & Heat exists! Zach, the owner, is knowledgeable, honest, and expedient. Lisa is awesome. Ryan and Jacob replaced my entire system, with not only skill, but enjoyed their work. They were extremely polite and explained all questions that I had. Their work is functional ( I haven't seen such reading on a leak check in a while) and artistic (it looks good). They left the house after the job in pristine condition.
Reynolds, is a company that sells you what you need, for the correct price (by the way ,they were the lowest bid out of five companies), and nothing else. Thank you!

Perfect!!! When I called at 8:00 am this morning to report my issue, Lisa was extremely attentive, professional and caring. Kept her word and called me back within 5 minutes like she said. I had also requested an online appointment which is a great feature. Lisa promised me they would be out today but could not guarantee the exact time. I received a text stating they were en route. Mike and George arrived at approximately 1:00 pm, immediately diagnosed the problem and explained it to me as well. The fan blade was hitting the motor since a bolt had come off. They replaced it within 5 minutes and I was up and running once again! I have used Reynolds Air and Heat several times prior to this appointment. Each time they were reliable, honest and FAIR!!! More than I can say for other companies especially air and heat! I highly recommend Reynolds Air and heat. You will not be disappointed!

Reynolds air and heat are the company to use. They are reliable, show up when they tell you they will be there. They get the work done in the time frame they have given to you. Ryan and Jacob are great hard working individuals. They are extremely trustworthy and I have left them in my house without any hesitations. I wish there were more companies in town like them. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks guys, appreciate all that you have done.
