I had my broken air conditioner replaced and the whole process from start to finish was the best possible experience I could have had through the decision of what system and thermostat to get. Zach was very thorough in his explanation, Lisa was helpful when I called, and Jacob and Ryan did a great job installing my central air conditioning unit! I am so glad to have chosen to do business with Reynolds Air & Heat!

First and foremost, Wow! Reynolds Air and Heat did a great job and completed all of my needs. I was having an issue with my unit not turning on, due from the power outage caused by hurricane Irma. I came home to power, but no air. As all Floridians know, it is very uncomfortable without cool air flowing in. I called Reynolds and spoke to Lisa, who did everything she could do to accommodate my schedule the same day. The technician fixed the problem, but an issue occurred with my unit that night, at no fault of Ryenolds. Called Reynolds early that morning and spoke to Lisa again. She got her people over there that afternoon and they were able to troubleshoot the issue and get it taken care of for good. from the technicians to Lisa, who seemed to handle the office; they are absolutely amazing. I just moved from Colorado and had to deal with an ac company provided by my home warranty and it was an absolute nightmare. The difference between the ac company that was provided by my home warranty and Reynolds really showed. I am very thankful to have Reynolds nearby for all of my air needs. I got the pleasure of meeting Ryan and Kyle the technicians that worked on my unit and Lisa who ran the office. They are terrific assets to this company and from this point forward will only be using Reynolds for all of my air needs. Thank you, guys!

We’ve used Reynold’s to install systems at our house, previous house, and at my Dad’s place. Every interaction has been top notch and professional. Installs have always gone smoothly and they will stand behind their work. Lisa is always great to work with. Can’t recommend them enough!

I am a resident of Indian Harbour Beach. We just used Reynolds to re-duct our entire house. It is a 1963 house with low pitch roof. The old metal ductwork was sweating and ruining the ceiling. The Reynolds’s crew came in and replaced it all with new flexible ductwork tuned so no hot and cold spots. They did an incredible job under really tough working conditions. We are very pleased with their work and will use them in the future to keep our equipment running well. I will gladly recommend them to anyone. Anyone doing this should be aware that it is a traumatic job, but Reynolds minimized the trauma by keeping the mess cleaned up as much as possible. Very happy!

August 31,2021 update - had an issue with the A/C. Called Reynolds and they were at my house in an hour. Same fantastic service from Ryan Patton. This company continues to be THE BEST!

Reynolds Air & Heat has been working on my systems for years. The thing I like most about the company is no matter who comes to the house, all the technicians are amazing. Very polite, always on time and honest. The last time they came to my house, I was sure I needed a new system, but low and behold I just needed a Blower Motor. I know a little bit about Air conditioning and how it works, but not all the components. I trust Reynolds with not only with my work, but recommend them to everyone I come across. I wish all service companies where like them.

They explain to me what their doing and why plus made recommendations to prolong my ac life. Very fair and very reasonible pricing.

They ensure that your equipment is not only working, but inform you of any other components are going bad (anything still under warranty) saving you from future service calls.
