Truly amazing experience. I submitted a request for service through their website after-hours on Saturday, hoping for a response on Monday, and Jerry called me moments later. He walked me through a few questions and some troubleshooting while we were on the phone and got me back up and running. Look no further, this is the only call you need to make.

It's difficult to find an HVAC tech that can properly diagnose and repair, many just want to replace the entire unit. So after finding a real tech rather than an installer I wanted to pass on my positive experience with Ranger. Customer serviced was polite and scheduled an appointment for that morning. Jerry called and was able to arrive early, diagnosed the problem in less than five minutes, and within three hours returned with the replacement part and was finished. The price was excellent for the time spent and cost of parts. Very fair and honest. I would highly recommend Ranger.

Our air conditioner exploded 2 weeks ago and we needed to have the AC and heating unit replaced. Jerry met with us and discussed details and pricing. He was very professional and willing to work with us. The techs Julio and Kevin worked for hours to complete a job well done.

We just moved to Melbourne about 1-2 wks ago, closed on an old house. It needed new whole house air ducts new box/shoe is that what they called, and new AC. With the encouragement of our house seller’s Agent Terri, Jerry came to the rescue, just after signing up for an expensive quote with another company. Jerry quoted us for $12, 800 with replacing the AC and whole house air ducts and vents and that air distribution box, and replacing as well the whole stand or box of our AC air Handler. And they cleaned up after themselves. Now I can finally breath a more clean air in our house.I am very grateful for Ranger Air and Heat , for all their service, and for saving us a lot of money. We can finally move on to our next project for our house without needing to loan. 🙏🙏very very grateful from the bottom of our hearts that God sent you and your crew to serve our needs. My wife and I returned from running errands to find out thermostat blank and our AC completely unresponsive. I called Ranger Air, not expecting to hear back from them as it was after hours, and received a follow up call within 10-15 minutes. Jerry walked me through how to fix it on my own, saving me time, money, and most importantly an uncomfortable night in the Florida summer heat. If the rest of the company carries themselves as professionally and courteously as Jerry, I'd say any prospective customer is in good hands.
