I was truly impressed with the professionalism and outstanding service Quality Comfort provided! From the initial call, Samantha and Amanda were courteous and responsive. They sent Damion out later that day and again, I was impressed with his experience and efforts to properly diagnose the issue in order for the most cost effective solution. He earned my business as well as my respect!

The following morning Damion followed up with a courtesy call to authorize the part and schedule installation. Once received, Samantha called to confirm the date and time.

On time and as scheduled, Sol and his associate arrived as Damion was finishing up another customer. Again, professional, courteous and respectful the team got right to work. In an effort to SAVE ME MONEY, Sol suggested a systematic approach for repair which worked! With lightning and storms moving through, the remaining service was rescheduled.

The next day Damion arrived early to get started and Sol was right behind him! The guys were outstanding and my hvac has never run better! The entire Team at Quality Comfort treated me with honesty and respect, were truly professional and was a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to accommodate in every respect!!!

Quality Comfort sets the standard were the others could not even compete!

Had an awesome experience with Quality Comfort Air. Starting with Damion and Austin coming out to give an estimate. They were thorough and went over the different options, they offered their professional advice on what would be best for my house without being pushy sales people or sellingbthe most expensive thing possible.
When they came out to install my system they were on time, actually a little bit early. Which i found refreshing. Austin and Damion got straight to work with taking out the out unit meanwhile Crystain, Jeff and Riley got started setting up everything for the new unit to be installed. They were moving very efficiently while still keeping my house clean which i believe is very important. It was definitely a all hands on deck to ensure things were done efficiently and correctly. All of guys remained focused on the job at hand until the job was complete. Afterwards they left my house cleaner than it was before. I appreciated the extra effort.
I highly recommend them for any Air or heat needs their work was very clean and organized from the wiring that was needed, to the sweeping up and cleaning up afterwards. They definitely have great attention to detail.

Damion responded to our call for our 2 year old Air Conditioner not blowing cold air. We called numerous companies first thing Sunday morning and he responded pretty quick after leaving our info with a call service. He was at our house within 45 minutes and we were lucky enough that he had a capacitor that fit our unit with him. He was in and out in 45 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly!

Outstanding air conditioning company! We had a long-standing mold problem with the air conditioning system in our mobile home. Damion from Quality Comfort came out and did a thorough inspection of the air conditioning unit and our duct work and found numerous flaws in our system design that caused excess humidity and moisture in the duct work. He climbed under our mobile home and was meticulous in his inspection. We purchased a whole new system from Quality Comfort which included a complete rework of our ducts and replacement of the flex ducts, and no more mold smell in our home. We were so impressed with the professionalism, quality of service and quick response from Damion. We had no air conditioning on a holiday weekend, called and had Damion at out our condo within the hour - on Memorial Day! No extra charges for a holiday call! Once determining the problem and a part he'd have to chase down, he called at 8:15am the next morning to let us know he had located the part. Next thing we know - cool air streaming into the condo. We had Quality Comfort install a new Air Conditioning System, inside and out, when our old one broke. I have to say that their customer service was outstanding. They were knowledgeable, responded immediately after my call and were able to begin the install the next day. The job was done extremely well and the owner, Sol, was outstanding to work with. I wish there were a rating higher than 5 stars. Its not too often that you encounter a company this professional and pleasant to deal with.
