I called with water dripping from my ceiling at my place of business and someone was here within 30 minutes. I had the pleasure of meeting Damion and Brian. They went above and beyond. Damion thoroughly explained everything to me and why they were doing certain things and why the problem happened. This was our first time using Quality Comfort, but it sure will not be our last. Our Tech, Austin, was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He explained the repairs he was performing and how that would impact the A/C system. He welcomed questions. Austin did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations!

Damion came out on Sunday when we were having issues with our A/C unit and quickly diagnosed the problem. We had a quote for repair by 9:00am the following morning and the parts were ordered. This company is ran like a 1940's business. From the phone call when set up the appointment to have them arriving on time to The service call . The professionalism of the work. I've been using this company for 11 years and they do not try to sell you something you do not need. Customer service is number one with this company. They treat every call like it's their own house. They installed a inside and outside AC unit in my house because that's what I wanted. Because my unit was getting older. I could tell you they did an excellent job. I didn't even know that they were there for the installation they were very quiet and efficient. They went above and beyond that any other air condition company could even think of. They are a trustworthy company and I would recommend this company to everybody.

When they did the installation in my house my neighbors cannot believe the extent of professionalism and how much they really care are you as a person and how fast they got the job done. My neighbors have also called them since my install for their house they have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company.

I am customer for life. Also my neighbors are customers for life also. There are not many businesses around like this anymore. Other businesses just treat you like a number not like a person.

Called due to a non working system. They showed up about an hour after my call and had measures in place due to vivid-19 wearing masks and calling/texting to let me know my unit’s issue. It was a 100% contact free service call. They never came inside since my handler was in the garage. They had the part on hand, fixed it, waited to confirm that it was working and then left me as a happy customer with a working a/c. Damien, the Tech was also knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you!

I had a horrible experience with very well known AC name in Brevard County, and they completely misdiagnosed my issue due to plain laziness. Damion came and serviced my AC unit. He was very knowledgeable, nice, and easy to communicate with. Showed me everything that was done and made recommendations on things I could do as a homeowner to prolong the life of my unit.

Came home to the A/C not cooling on the Sunday evening before Memorial Day. Called Quality Comfort and within an hour they had a technician out and had the problem fixed. They were the only company that could get someone out that same day, even though others advertised 24 hour emergency service. Damion was the technician and he was very professional and helpful. Damion, our service technician, was able to identify the problem and for $800.... resolve the issue. From the initial call to the office, to the final solution, Sol and his crew were always honest and professional. I have a new A/C company that I have total confidence in.
