Absolutely professional and incredibly knowledgeable... Took a call for service that they did not even need to. It would have reasonable to schedule it for the next day and make me wait but they squeezed me in. Frankly I could have waited but they wanted to help and got my situation under control. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Quality Comfort Air Conditioning And Heating Inc and my technician Damion. I was in need of a AC repair and have been struggling financially due to being disabled, currently unemployed, and needing to stay at home due to the Covid-19 pandemic. They were kind enough to cover my $79 service call fee and even the cost of parts and labor for the capacitor. When I asked if Damion was sure I couldn’t pay something he said that was unnecessary and they had it covered.
He was to my home within 30 minutes of contact and got to looking my equipment over straight away. I also appreciated that he was wearing a mask while inside my home. I explained what was going on with my AC unit and what I already checked myself. After taking a quick look at my thermostat and indoor part of my AC unit he seemed to know exactly what the problem was. He went outside and took a panel off of the outside part of my AC unit and ran a few quick electrical tests with his equipment. Turned out my capacitor had died and needed to be replaced. They had the exact one I needed on his truck and he was able to have the new one installed within no time at all. He made sure the AC unit was all up and running normally before he left and told me it would take at least several hours for the unit to bring my home back down to a normal temp and humidity level so I wouldn’t be concerned if things didn’t go back to normal right away. Despite not charging me he set me up an account if I needed to make a future service call and sent me a zeroed out invoice for my records of the repair. I can’t thank them enough for the kindness of covering the cost of my repair today.
