Wonderful to have the Gold service that acts as a preventive check to ensure my AC is running at optimal performance instead of waiting for something to break (usually at the worst possible time!). Damion is the best!

Damian did an awesome job and explained everything about the system and got it working again. I used another service the day before and felt like something wasn't right. I felt comfortable and was treated fair with these guys. Damian is the best. And he even called to make sure he could show up early and get us taken care of. 5 star company and employee.

Quality Comfort has been a very good company to work with. I purchased a new a/c unit from them three years ago and have been very happy. FYI, they send emails to remind you to check the filters and to remind you to schedule maintenance.

I called to make my 6 month check up a couple of weeks ago and was told it would be a while before they could schedule me. Today I called again to ask for an appt. and she called me back within 5 min. and scheduled me right then if the appt. could be immediately. Heck yes, I said. Very pleased!

My AC broke Sunday of course a weekend. Quality Comfort came out and confirmed I needed a new unit. Gave me a portable unit so we could be comfortable until the supply house opened on Monday. Quality Comfort ordered a new unit and installed this morning. They were efficient, detailed oriented and knowledgeable. I am glad I went with Quality Comfort.

Damion actually arrived early for our scheduled service, which was a plus and quickly checked the A/C system health. He also installed a UV light inside the air handler to control mold. Awesome service.

Called to make appointment for service as our AC stopped working. They were here in less than an hour. Fixed it in less than 40 minutes and we're great. Austin was our technician. Very nice and professional.

Austin was excellent, our AC wasn't blowing cold air. He was out to our house very quickly and thoroughly checked our system to find the issue. He explained everything that he did and the end results. He was very pleasant to deal with.

His during his one visit he spent more time and effort than 3 visits by another ac/heat company. He was right on. I spent less with him than any of the other competitor visits. Very very reasonable.
