Their guy Sonjay just left my house and did a great job fixing it and explaining everything and was just professional from start to finish.

Friday night my wife noticed the house was hot and the AC said it was 79 inside but it was set to 74 and the thermostat seems like everything was working so I took out the air filter and looked inside the machine and the metal coils were frozen inside the machine. so at 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning I called like 20 different AC places and only four of them are open and three of them gave me ridiculous prices and Sonjay at blue mountain ac answer the phone and was very reasonable, he explain to me what what he would charge, came out on time at 10:00 a.m. and did exactly what he said he was going to do and explained it the whole way through and found a small leak in the coils in the inside unit and refill the freon and said he would get the replacement part for the inside coils on Monday.

Dude did me a solid, he was fast and reasonable got my AC working and blowing cold again and my wife stopped yelling at me and all is well in the world. Thanks blue mountain ac.

My AC went out today, Sunday! Looked for repaimen and most were closed or said they couldn't come out till tomorrow. Blue came out in 30 minutes and diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes and had my AC up and running again! Rep was knowledgeable and courteous and didn't try to upsale me for additional services. I will be using this service company for my HVAC needs in the future! Great Job Blue!!!

I've found my new AC repair company.Sanjay the technician was so knowledgeable, patient and explained everything every stepped of the way .When I called they were super friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. Also their prices are super affordable. I've been ripped off by other AC companies in the past .Blue mountains prices were reasonable and affordable.
