AC stopped blowing cool but everything appeared on... Fahrenheit AC came out right away and took care of the issue which was a blown capacitor. Fast and solved the problem while also recommending a cleaning in the near future. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to any one!

Very bad experience with the company Fahrenheit AC, they were the most competitive in price out of 4 companies but watch out for the issues you could face :
I get them to install a full AC with ducts in a warehouse, I was first offered a 12T while being told it was the size required for the warehouse (neighbors will bigger warehouse had 5T unit + competitor quoted for 5T) which should have been a first indication that they were trying to oversell and not being serious..
Price being competitive when I insisted to get 5T, I decided to proceed with them.
The team was late while we made appointment and I made sure I was early at the location, installation of the ducts wasn’t done properly and I had to talk to owner so that it get all removed and installed straight and leveled the right way! Without the supervisor or owner on site , i had 3-4 guys standing for more than 4hours while things could be done (I ended up asking them to fit the evacuation, after asking if they had material, consumables and equipment today do it and they replied yes yes yes to all my questions...)
A job which was supposed to take couple of days took double the time!
The biggest surprise is that, during installation, thank god it starts raining and I noticed a new leak appearing from the roof (after installation of the unit) and advised the company owner of the same who confirmed that it would be due to their installation and he would fix it.
They attempt to fix it once, didn’t work... then my battle started... calls after calls, trying to get them to come to fix it again and again... came one time, didn’t work again... leak is getting worst and worst so, I asked Olbri to get quotations from roof specialist while ill do the same and we see how we work things out to get that fixed permanently.
I didn’t receive anything (not even been given a company to contact) while I managed to get 3 companies to come and give me quotation to fix it (1400/1500/2500usd). When I called last, it was clear the company, although apparently having licenses, doesn’t have any insurance and per the words of the owner (Olbri) it’s totally normal to have a leaking roof after a unit is installed on a roof (which I highly doubt + if it was really the case he would necessarily partner with a roofing company to guarantee it’s not left to the client to deal with as a last minute surprise!)
Last call, basically been told they roof leak wasn’t anymore their pbs which turns into a final agreement that olbri could contribute of USD400 to the roof fixing .
And since then, I never receive the agreed compensation and I have been blocked on WhatsApp + no response to my messages / calls and I can’t visit them as I’m blocked outside of the country now!
Please think twice before working with this company as in the long run, their work cause me expensive damages to fix!
I’m attaching some pictures for you to judge (the small grey pipe on the floor is the evacuation : I had to tell them I refuse it to be put this way and they need to look at putting elbows to go around the vertical pipe or they would have left it this way!) of the quality of the installation, hope this will help people not to have the same issues as me!
Thanks again to Olbri for putting me in such a complicated situation which I’m having difficulties to solve from abroad !

These were a great group of workers. 1 day notice, complete new ac system done and installed. Best price around after getting 6?quotes!! Super efficient, on time, just fabulous. Many residents in our condo community have used Fahrenheit, and I see why. They are awesome! Give them a shout if you need any AC assistance!!

If you have had a good experience with these folks, I'm glad to hear it. Our experience was not so good... Called them for a repair estimate for our aging parents whose Air Conditioning had just failed leaving them very uncomfortable and on a limited budget. Fahrenheit charged $67 for the visit & estimate which was not applicable to the repair. The job estimate came to $1109 with no breakdown of the individual line items and their cost.
After reviewing several other repair service options on Yelp, I called another HVAC Service provider. They sent a repair technician the following day to do an estimate for $50 which was then applied to the repair bill. The problem? A defective motor-start capacitor. The total repair bill was $173. Edgar fixed the problem on the spot and their AC was restored, and the folks are very happy.
I ll never use Fahrenheit again. Just a bunch of thieves.

This company replaced my heat pump three weeks ago. The entire experience was a disaster. The original estimator said it would take three days but the team only had one day to do the job. In their haste they tore apart my entire house thermostat. They are supposed to come back here on Wednesday to fix it. We just got back from a trip and found our entire house at 99°F. The system was calling for cooling, but they must've hooked up backwards because The heat pump is heating the house instead of cooling it. The produce we had in our fruit bowl melted. I have called them repeatedly and press the emergency button for the emergency technician and it has hung up on me every single time.
I am not sure how we will sleep tonight. I turned the system off and I am hoping some wind will calm and cool it off enough for us to sleep.
I am beyond upset. It will take a lot to make this right.

Bought complete A/C system from Fahrenheit AC, mid 2016 have had no problems till today. I made a phone call , was told see you in 1 hour, they showed up as promised and had fixed in less than half hour. Minimum charge. Thank you, Most professional company.

After consulting with several ac companies (about 6 or 7) Olbry at Fahrenheit was the only one to know how to fix my air flow problem in my house.
He was very helpful throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them for any AC needs.

Do not respect time of appointment
I did ask for invoice because they charged me a lot to clean the pipe bring me a sheet with invoice on it but no number on the sheet it’s kind of a maintenance contract he want to get cash money I did not have enough with me
I want to use my credit card they don’t want .. I had to pay with a check without a real invoice…..he is putting cash in is pocket

Wish I could have said better things about these guys, but as it stands I don't have the extended warranty because they didn't mention I should register the unit with the manufacturer upon installation. Now that there's an issue with the unit, they're dragging their feet to come and repair. Difficult (virtually impossible) to get a hold of on the phone, non-responsive to texts and email.
