I was looking for a small Co. to service my a/c, the technician I had is moving away in Jan. and used to work for a service contract Co., then he went on his own and since he's leaving Florida, had to find a reliable Co. but never liked big Co's, so on Oct. 30th, came home and a/c temp. went up, knew there was something wrong and thought was freon leaking, have had this unit for 16 yrs, a Trane, excellent but being on the roof for that long, unit was finally on it's last leg, so called a few places on Sunday night, was concerned, nobody called back that night but Monday morning Sandjay from Blue Moutain did and he set an appt for that morning, was prompt, he checked freon, was missing 2 lbs, filled it, then checked where it was leaking from, and detector was very loud by coils, that's a big job and expensive to replace, so I decided that he could try the seal but that didn't work, finally had no choice but get a new unit, Sandjay was checking all my options, gave me some quotes and since it's the end of the year, not too many to choose from but grateful that it happened before next year, will go up considerably! got a nice American Standard, he organized everything, and just had it installed Sat., what a difference! :) would definitely recommend Blue Mountain, Sandjay is professional, friendly, experienced, honest, and he's like that cool breeze when you need it most! lol :) you won't be disappointed.

Cold called with an emergency call on the weekend, and Sanjay answered phone on the 2nd ring was professional and friendly. Came with in a few hours. He was quick to diagnose the problem and provide us with our repair options and prices. He completed the repairs immediately and had us up and running.
