Mark was a complete life saver and definitely gained new customers. His quality of work and knowledge went above and beyond our expectations. We had a last minute issue with our A/C and he was punctual, responsive and cared more about getting the job done right than just asking for money. He is very professional and friendly. Bob, Gage, Sal, and Ryan were absolutely amazing. They listened to all of my concerns and addressed as many of them as possible within my budget. Their prices were completely reasonable, and beat out quotes from a few other companies. With their high reviews and the general vibe that we got from the person that came to our home (an actual AC tech; not a salesperson) we decided on them the same day that we got the quote. And, for what it is worth, there weren't any high-pressure sales techniques. The quote was factual, and custom-built to our situation and needs. As a matter of fact, they specifically said that I didn't need things that I thought I did, so that saved me money.

The crew showed up on time, and were incredibly respectful of our property. They laid down tarps where they would be walking and were very friendly the entire time. I've had other service people that just come in and do the job and leave, with very little banter. I prefer personable as well as professional, and that is exactly what I got.

If you have any doubts, cast them aside. This company and its crew should be your first and last stop.

These guys are always on time if not early. There is always someone to answer your call and set up and appointment right away. This company doesn’t overcharge for weekends. Will be using them for all of my AC repair/service needs.

My antiquated HVAC system is dying. I called them on Sunday evening and Coral called me first thing Monday morning. Tony was at my home by 11:00 AM. After a thorough and free inspection, Tony confirmed that my 40 year old unit was beyond repair and offered me four quality options for possible replacement. I hope to have my new unit installed this week. FL-Air Heating & Cooling came highly recommended and they didn't disappoint. My new HVAC system was installed today, two days after I had my inspection and received my quote. Aaron and Dustin were professional, friendly, informative, and efficient and timely. FL - AIR has an all star team of employees. In the future, I will use them for all of my heating and cooling work.

We bought a house and the upstairs air conditioning promptly went out. We called the number on the A/C unit for the company that had previously serviced the unit. They were unable to get to us for a few days, and the upstairs was already 91 degrees.

My friend recommended FL-Air, and they arrived within two hours. Steve was courteous, professional, and explained everything he was doing and why.

Within thirty minutes, he had diagnosed the problem and installed the correct part. He stayed around to be certain that upstairs was cooling and didn’t leave until he was satisfied that the problem was completed solved.

We were so impressed that we signed up for the yearly maintenance plan.

Great company! Professional, courteous and reliable. They will give you all your options and let you make an informed decision. They offer financing for a full unit replacement. I went with a compressor replacement and they cleaned up my coils and drain lines at no extra charge. They got my part quick and installed the day after. I will never call the big name companies again!

Great job by Bobby and Sal on a complete AC install. A very professional job. These two didn't take any shortcuts. They do the job right regardless of the time or effort it takes. Mark L. runs a great company. A person you can totally trust. I’ve been with Mark over 4 years doing my AC work and with this old house it has been a lot. Glad Mark is now on his own, building a great company. It is extremely difficult to find people in this business you can trust. Before moving to FL, I oversaw an HVAC energy company. So, I can recognize quality performance when I see it. It took me 3 tries here before I found Mark. FL Air is great. You can trust and count on them. That says it all for me!
