David from FL-Air came to my house for a routine maintenance visit and found several issues with my air-conditioner/heat pump. He fixed the most pressing faults right away and gave terrific advice about the others. What I most appreciated is that he explained each problem very clearly and gave me options. I was a little surprised at the high cost of one of the parts (a capacitor for the compressor/fan unit), but on the other hand I understand that when you buy parts from a repair truck, you are paying for the storage, transportation, and rapid availability of the parts. Sure I could have ordered the capacitor on my own, but when David left the whole system was running smoothly and I knew that the proper parts were installed in the proper way. On the whole, great service! Thanks!

I have used FL-AIR Heating & Cooling to service my a/c unit for years and, when it came time to replace the unit, there was no other company that I considered based on my previous experience dealing with this company. Our air went out on the second story of our house. We called around and FL air answered immediately and sent Robert out. Within less than an hour our problem was solved and we have set up a care plan. Robert was friendly, professional, and efficient. Thank you so much for saving our weekend!

Our technician, Eric, was excellent. He was quick and informative. Not only did he fix our AC in a timely manner, but he was also very informative regarding our current ACs state and potential future options for our AC. We look forward to work with FL Air again.

Eric was on time, very friendly, and a pleasure to talk to as he worked. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and suggested various things we could do to keep our system running cleaning and efficiently.

Called after hours and they were there the next morning to help the situation and they did, being a 2 unit home I forgot to mentioned to David about and handler pipe issue not knowing if it was a leak on the other unit , I called them again and Steve was sooo Kind to send David back again to make sure if it was a leak with no charge .I can’t thank Steve enough for doing this it took pressure off my head since I was dealing with other issues … All worked out Steve & David was very kind and took all into respective … I highly recommend this company and for sure will use them for future needs .

Dispatcher called very helpful very nice got all the notes down for the technician setup appointment and Robert the technician texted to tell what time he was coming very nice knows what he doing very knowledgeable in his job he asked me questions he said one thing you’re back with cold air in 10-15 mins he’s was done.very nice guy know how to take care customers right he does deserve the appreciation that takes care of the customer right.god bless Robert for coming out.very fast company response to the very fast thank you for fixing my air conditioner.I definitely recommend them
