I've used FL-Air Heating & Cooling twice now.

Mark was great! He was here on time, diagnosed my issue very quickly, let me know my part was under warranty, and charged me a fair price for the repair. My A/C was working again in no time.

I ended up calling Mark back out a few months later for a separate issue relating to my unit in the attic. He diagnosed my problem, which seemed to be a relatively easy fix, and educated me on how to avoid issues like I had for the future. He worked with me on the price of the service call based on the issue at hand, and I couldn't be happier with his service.

My A/C died on a holiday weekend, after four days I called FL_Air Heating and Cooling, they sent Steve to take a look and give me an estimate on a replacement unit. Steve was very clear on explaining what I was getting and the cost there was no confusion. I need a unit as soon as possible and Steve was able to have the unit installed the following day, he schedluded the installion for 9 A.M. and they arreved at 8:45 A.M. Travis and another technician did a great job in replacing that the unit was working properly. Based on my experience I recommend.

Thermostat stopped working and Steve walked me through some steps to troubleshoot before sending a tech out. Ended up needing the tech to confirm it was just a bad thermostat. The tech hooked up the hvac so it would cool while I went out to get a new thermostat. Only cost me the $49 service fee. Will definitely call again when I need service or repair.

I bought this house about a year ago and realized that I needed to find a long-term partner to maintain and/or repair and replace if needed. I still have the old address of the partner used by the previous owner, but after researching, I was fortunate to find out that FL-Air Heating & Cooling is highly appreciated by users and especially they are also a HVAC partner of my neighbor. I decided to contact and ask for a quote for scheduled maintenance twice a year for 2 HVAC systems. Reasonable price, professional way of working and I decided to work with them. Fortunately, their technician arrived on time and worked very professionally with extensive knowledge. Especially you can ask any question and they are very happy and patient to explain even though my English is quite limited.
I am completely satisfied with the service of FL-Air Heating & Cooling (Steve if I don't remember the name wrong). It finally came time to replace the original AC system in our home. FL-Air was highly recommended by personal friends as well as many of the online Word of Mouth groups. Mark responded very quickly and came out to provide a quote the next day!
On installation day, the technicians were very professional and polite. They did a great job completing what they needed to do without affecting our daily household routine. They finished before they said they would and provided a thorough explanation of how to operate the system and all the new features.
My wife and I couldn't be happier with the new system and choosing what feels like the best AC company in the area. I highly recommend you contact them for any of your HVAC needs!

The owner respond promptly to my inquiry. He arrived on time and was professional throughout experience. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and gave me several options from repair to replacement. Once he received the part needed to fix my air conditioner he set an appointment for the next day and repaired my ac. He was thorough in explaining to me the repairs he performed and advised he would follow up in a couple days to assure there we were no there issues. His prices were fair and were shopped against other companies.

The service tech did a fast but thorough job diagnosing our a/c unit. He determined the unit had a refrigerant leak as there was none in the system. After a recommend nitrogen test ($199 but was credited back after we purchased equipment) found the leak in the compressor itself. We ended up buying a whole new outside unit (not the air handler inside the garage) as it was only $200 more than just installing a new compressor motor, (which was where it was actually leaking.). Purchasing the entire unit gave us a 5 year warranty instead of a 1 year warranty for the compressor motor only. The install happened quickly and I felt confident in the work performed. Additionally felt the price was fair.
