    I was referred by friend who highly recommended this company to me . And let me just tell you they did not disappoint in fact they exceeded my expectations, Jessica was so nice and professional she really put me at ease. Once the guys came out in a couple of hours I knew I needed a new air-conditioning unit. I had priced two different competitors online while the guys gave me a free quote I surely knew I was getting one heck of a deal.
    Waited for my husband to come out of work went through the paperwork and the price the owner himself Darwin came out reassured us, and let’s just say we are customers for life. Thank you so much dynamic heating and cooling , Inc . We will definitely recommend you guys to our friends and family.

    Dynamic heating and cooling did a great job on our unit. They went through great measures to make sure everything was installed perfectly! They also came back out to inspect the unit the next day and installed an easy access filter compartment to make it easier for us when changing filters. Highly recommend!

They are always on time for appointments, very efficient with their work, and always clean up after the repairs are complete. The person who schedules appointments is also very kind and helpful. If you don’t use Dynamic, you are missing out!!

    Professional affordable informative. Last year they recommended a system replacement. I declined. They repaired it for 6 months. Then a different part failed. Well now a different part failed. I am positive that the failures were unrelated issues. I just wish I had taken their advice. They are certainly honest and not just out to replace units. I am having them install a new system that would have saved me money every month since I didn't take their recommendations.

    A technician from Dynamic HVAC parks his service truck in our neighborhood overnight and on weekends. I asked the driver to park the vehicle somewhere else such as the home office or at his house instead, but he continues to park the truck in our neighborhood. I also spoke to the receptionist and asked her to pass on my request to a manager. A work truck stored in a residential neighborhood is an eyesore, unprofessional and demonstrates a lack of respect and consideration for the community which supports local businesses like this. I respectfully request that this truck be stored in an appropriate location. I appreciate your consideration in this matter. Thank you.

    I would highly recommend this company for any AC work whether it be installing a new system, repairing an old one or for annual maintenance. They are reliable, honest and very professional. We have used them since 2015 for all of our commercial and residential properties.

    My most recent experience; Aug 2, was very positive. Service tech came
    out to perform routine maintenance. He was punctual, polite and started
    right to work (I had a very important appointment I had to meet). The job
    was thorough, completed early and no problems found. Thank you Dynamic.

    Unfortunately I wish our experience was better. We have trouble getting company to return calls. They will tell you they have called however number doesn’t appear in call log - hmmmmm. Company put in new unit and in less than a year it has needed service several times, service calls include putting wrong filter size in units, we now have compressor out and have waited over 10 days for part, company has had compressor for three days and wants me to wait another 4 days before fixing. Did I mention we work in FL, temp in work space exceeds 90 degrees, and space is unusable to employees/ business. If frustration and chasing a company is something you have time for - this is the company for you.
