Excellent company. They replaced my ducts. They were on time, professional, and did a quality job. They left my home very clean. I had one grill that was an odd size that wasn't in stock. They came back the next day with the new grill and a box of filters! Highly recommended.

Jessica was amazing from day one and helped with all details. She was very responsive when leaving a VM and all emails. Dynamic accommodated me on a hot holiday weekend for an install on very short notice. The team lead by Ivan was great. Ivan was very respectful of kids still sleeping and very clean with the removal/replacement of a 3 ton unit. Ivan explained the system inside and out and showed us how to use the thermostat on a program or override for an on/off operation. I can’t say enough to the team’s professionalism. I have another unit that will need replacement and they have secured me as a customer for the next one. This replacement was first lead by a call for service on a compressor, however Jessica did not push for a replacement and was helpful to let us make the decision. In the end after several days, I called inquiring about a replacement and was provided with 4 different options (2 different manufacturers and 2 different seers for possible energy savings). Keep up the good work team Dynamic! Thank you.

A friend recommended them to us and so we called to get a second quote on a replacement AC Unit. Their price was slightly lower but I was not very happy with the level of service from our former AC company so we tried Dynamic Heating & Cooling. They have been professional and did not try to use high pressure sales tactics. The unit was installed quickly and so far is working as advertised. I would definitely recommend them based on our limited experience so far and would have give 5 stars if we had a longer track record to judge them (but hopefully I will not need to call them for repairs for another 12 to 15 years ;).
