Dynamic replaced my compressor and condenser yesterday and the install went smoothly. Additionally, they were very creative in finding a solution to an HVAC noise problem that I was having that was preventing me from sleeping. After speaking with engineers, architects, real estate developers and other consultants, they were the ones that found the solution to the problem. I am very grateful. From the first time that I spoke with Dynamic, it was crystal clear that they were very professional contractors that cared a lot about customer service. Jessica, who you will likely speak with when you call the office, is absolutely fantastic! She displayed empathy for the noise problem that I was encountering; knowledge about the different products and labor that I was thinking about purchasing; attention to detail in the processing of invoices and certificates; responsiveness to my requests; and just an overall positive and friendly demeaner that made her a pleasure to work with. Carlos, who led the work on my install day, showed up right on time at 6am for our appointment. It was so nice to work with a contractor that is punctual. Carlos worked hard and diligently throughout the day to make sure that the job would be completed on time. All the while, he was jovial, willing to answer my questions, and very responsive to any requests that we had during the install. He also came back to the site later on when I needed help working the new system. Carlos is a great asset to the Dynamic team. A.J. was also a pleasure to work with. He helped explain how my new thermostat works, took measurements of the air filters to make sure I knew exactly what size they were, and was patience with all the questions that I had. Darwin, the owner of the company, is a true professional. I really appreciated that he came to my initial site visit to help me figure out a solution to my noise problem. I also really appreciated that he was on site during my install day. He provided me with his personal cell phone number in case I needed him and our communication was fluid throughout the process. He built a great company. Thank you to the Dynamic team and everyone that helped complete my install that I may have failed to mention. I highly recommend working with Dynamic and will continue to work with them in the future!
