Cool Air ASAP

My AC stopped cooling, so I called Cool-air ASAP in a holiday and they sent immediately a technician. Jose came, did the inspection and explained very detailed all the work that needed to be done. In less than one hour the AC was fixed and the job was done very professionally. Jose left everything cleaned and working like brand-new. I was, obviously, very satisfied. Highly recommended.

Definitely will be referring to friends and family! Cool Air ASAP stayed true to the price they quoted, no hidden fees or surprises when the final bill came which is always greatly appreciated. Services provided were excellent, efficient, and very well priced. We will absolutely be using Cool Air ASAP again in the future!

We had a motor died on us on a Sunday, I had a service agreement with another company so i called the to fix the problem but they didn't have any technician available until Wednesday. I called Cool Air ASAP and within 2 hours we had a technician (José). He is very polite and work fast. No pushy at all and very honest. He finished the job and gave me some advice on how to keep the system in good shape. He was done in about an hour and a half. The dispatcher was on top of everything and called to make sure we had a great service.

I'm moving my business from the other company to this one.

We have been using Cool Air ASAP for several years and have been very happy with their service. They are professional and responsive. In particular Jose has gone above and beyond for us several times. He shows up as promised, he communicates what is going on, and he has solved several problems that a larger AC company could not fix. He even sends me videos of what is wrong and what he has repaired. We definitely feel like we are getting the services we have paid for. When we have a problem, he comes quickly and even came back on a Sunday to finish a job. He always cleans up and makes suggestions that are very helpful. Recently, I had my insulation replaced and apparently there was insulation all over the attic. He swept the whole attic and fixed the problem before we even knew there was one. I highly recommend Jose and Cool Air ASAP.
