Cool Air ASAP

Great service. Came out to my house within an hour of calling even though it was after 6pm. The engineer didn't have the part needed to fix it immediately but came back first thing the next day with the new motor and had cool air blowing again in no time. Highly recommend!

Jose is by far the best technician I’ve ever worked with. He really took care of every problem, showed me how to prevent clogging in the future and simply just a charismatic professional. Definitely will be using this company again in the future. Thanks again Jose!

I had what appeared to be a leak from the area where my AC unit is my attic. Jose came to my house and immediately dove into the job. He did his due diligence and pointed out that the issue is a plumbing one and not an AC one. Very happy with his professionalism and work

Great company. Reasonable and competitive prices and excellent service. Our ac died over thee summer. They came right away, had the best prices and very professional service. Cold front hit yesterday and noticed system wasn’t heating. Called them and they came dame day fix it. The unit was fine. It was just something that wasn’t connected. They fixed it within minutes at no charge. Very professional and reliable company. Highly recommend.

Awesome company, they came out the same day I called to fix my a/c and really knew what they were doing. They fixed everything up in no time and gave me a great quote too.

They said $89 for regular service. Then they said it was extra to flush the drain line..extra to clean the coils..extra for adding freon. So what was the $89 for?? Just to show up!!!! Ridiculous.They were nice but other companies are less expensive and do more services included in the price. I paid $178 to add freon. I paid $159 last time and got drain line flushed, inside coils cleaned,
Etc.

Cool Air ASAP is my choice of AC service. I live in Colorado Springs and when parent call from Florida, I have to react. Can always call on David and his technician to get the job done ASAP. Love the fact that he can send me an invoice and send payment via several options.

It’s not cheap, but I can depend on Cool Air to stay until the job is finish.

Called on short notice on a Saturday (today). Returned call immediately. The assigned tech, JOSE, immediately called said he'd be at my residence in 15/20 min., and showed up on time. JOSE got to work, made worthy suggestions, went above and beyond the simple service call.
VERY SATISFIED - Will DEFINITELY be using COOL AIR ASAP for future service. THANK YOU 😁
