Yesterday I felt that my ac is not cooling properly. Then I contacted A+ ESC Air Conditioning Services owner Evens. He is just an amazing person. he sent their technicians just in 40 minutes. They repaired my ac asap and very carefully. Their pricing is also reasonable. They truly works for Customer satisfaction. I am just blessed with their service.

Evens did an amazing job fixing my AC unit. My family had just bought a home and after living there a month the unit was not blowing any air. I went to check the filter and it was soaked in condensation. I looked under the unit and there was at least 4 mop buckets worth of Ice. So I called A+. I spoke with Evans and he was very responsive. When he looked at the unit he fixed it the very same day. Let me tell you, after he cleaned the filters it was a like a night and day difference. The place was instantly cool.

Fantastic experience - exceeded expectations! The guys were able to instal two reverse cycle air conditioners in quite difficult locations a whole week ahead of schedule. The team was communicative, professional and really experienced - would recommend. A big thank you Evens for a great instal and to for amazing customer service!

I researched more than a half dozen places for an air conditioning damper system that I needed to install. Went with Evens because Evens was prompt, very clear with his communication, seemed honest and provided a good price. Totally satisfied. He did great work, and Price lower than he estimated. Who does that? That's an honest person who takes pride in his work. Rare nowadays.

Worst customer service and so called "expert technicians" are no expert. Ordered a Ac repair service. Technician did not fix the issue saying the door lock needs to be replaced, he brought the device next day and replaced it but it did not fix the issue at all. Called the technician several times , each time he promised he will visit but he did not. Lack of professionalism at its best. Called the customer service and explained what happened, customer services literally said they cannot do anything since i have called them 8 days later. I called technician several times in that 7 days period and it looks like it is rip off system they have they would come and wont repair anything and then you cannot get ahold of them within 7 days, after 7 days if you call customer service, they will say it's their god damn policy. i am literally stunned

This is our second Fujitsu unit from ESC Air. Evens did an excellent job. These guys are very good to deal with and very quick to respond!! Professional from start to finish!!

I've been using Evens's services for years and he is the only person I will let touch my A/C unit! He is smart, resourceful, quick to identify problems and is timely in fixing them. I would highly recommend. There aren't enough stars allowed on Google to really depict how great he is!
