Cool Air ASAP

I will not be using this company in the future, they were quick to show up and corresponded well (but showed up with NO face mask, NO gloves, during Covid-19 epidemic) took them 3 visits to fix AC but AC started leaking water 3 days later. Red Flag. They overcharged first visit and once I heard the second quote for now leaking water issues, I knew I had to go elsewhere. Certainly didn’t want to end up with third issue and more charges . ......I highly recommend ICB Air Conditioning & Appliances who came with full on pandemic protective gear, fixed water leaking issue (for less $) and also told me I was way overcharged by Cool Air ASAP. I was also issued a Free 6 months Air cleaning voucher by ICB Air Conditioning as client appreciation gift for supporting small business during such difficult times.

I was looking around the fort lauderdale area last week , calling places to get estimates for a company to replace my a/c unit I called cool air and they were right away very professional answered all my questions, broke down the pricing, where on time ,went over everything with me ,now my a/c is blowing better than ever ,I highly recommend
