I absolutely love Touchstone Heating and Air. They truly take care of their customers and they're always friendly and polite. I've used them for 4 years now and they are the only people I will allow to handle my heating and cooling systems. They know what they're doing and they always strive for excellence.

We use Touchstone at our office and we absolutely love them. Mr. Mark is a great person and his staff follows suit by always being courteous and friendly. They are efficient and accomplish work in record time. (:

This is the second time I've used Touchstone for my outside A/C unit. Jonathan S. Arrived right on time and immediately identified the issue with my A/C. He was quick, professional and friendly. If all the Touchstone technicians are like Jonathan, you will not find better service, or a more professional visit.

We’ve used Touchstone since we first purchased our home. And they’ve been out every 6 months since then to service our unit. They are prompt, efficient, and honest people and we will continue to use them for years to come.

They installed a full, new A/C unit today. Techs were extremely polite, professional and cleaned after themselves as they worked (swept several times!). They even came back a few hours later to make sure it is running well. Have found our a/c company for life. Highly recommend!

AC went boom right before the July 4th weekend. They had us up and running in no time and the cost was reasonable. Trustworthy and knowledgeable. Johnathon even explained the whole process while he replaced the compressor and fan motor. Excellent service and quality work. If you have AC issues, contact them with confidence.

I called Touchstone after hours and my call was quickly returned. A very friendly and personable technician was sent to my house promptly and had me up and running very quickly. I am very pleased with the price and service.

I tried to leave a review on the company's website, but it got deleted before I could post it. I'm going to try again. This company gave prompt service, but that was where everything went wrong. Their service call fee is either $100 or $125, I was told there was no difference for night or weekend calls originally, but this changed the last time I spoke with a rep. The total bill was for $465 plus tax... They replace two parts: a dual run capacitor that should have run around $30 and a contactor that should have run around $75... but I got charged for $340 for parts. The service call lasted less than 60 minutes. I have tried to get an itemized invoice showing the price of the service call with each part and price along with a warranty from this company for over a month now. The last thing I was told was, "We bill a flat fee and never itemize for anyone." Really?? What business does this? Would you take a car for repair and not expect an itemized bill showing labor and price for each part? Would you dine out and not expect an itemized bill showing the cost of each meal? Would you check out at the grocery store and not expect an itemized receipt showing how much you paid for each item? NO! Not only can I not get a written itemized bill, but I can’t get a written warranty either. On top of that, the credit card that was used to pay for this call was compromised 3 days later to the tune of over $900… I’m not saying that this company had anything to do with that, but at this point I can’t give them the benefit of the doubt. Be warned, THIS COMPANY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Mark and Miles were quick to respond and made a plan exactly representing our needs, installed it rapidly and cleaned the area promptly afterwards and are doing great follow-ups for us. We're so grateful for them and what they did for our son and daughter-in-law and their family.

Jonathan was our tech and he was on time and very professional. Touchstone notified me the day before and the day of my appointment to remind me of my appointment time and to give me updates.
