Reported my problem at 6pm on a Friday, technician Blake was here within an hour and found problem right away. By 8pm air was up and running perfectly! Blake was very friendly and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience after a long day of work and coming home to an unexpected problem. Thank you so much and kudos to Blake for being so quick with repair!!!

Contacted John Holt early in the morning due to AC going out at night… within an hour I had the office calling me to let me know a technician was fixing to head my way! Jake ended up being my tech and stayed on the phone with me( I was at work) and talked me through what he was finding and what the issue was! Had it fixed in no time! Jake was very thorough and answered all my questions perfectly! Highly recommend Touchstone!!

Unfortunately, the time came when we had to replace our unit. We cannot say enough GOOD things about the professionalism, reliability, value, and quality of the work performed. I have relied on Mark Touchstone and his excellent team for 10 years now and I continue to be impressed! My daughter recently bought a new unit for her new house, but it came from the manufacturer with an issue. Mark could have just fixed the issue and left her to have multiple repair bills moving forward, but instead he got the manufacturer to replace her unit at no cost to her. I honestly can't say enough good about the service they provide and all of their techs are very friendly.

Excellent service. I needed a new ac unit and called Mark (as well as a few other companies) to schedule an appointment for an estimate. After meeting with Mark and discussing my needs, I was provided with a great price. I felt confident with Mark and decided to use him. Mark worked around my schedule and within 2 days I had a new unit installed. Mark and his crew arrived on time and were very polite, friendly and professional. I felt confident enough with his crew that I was able to leave them alone in my house while I went to work. My new ac unit works great. Thank you guys for the wonderful service!

We have had the pleasure of working with Mark and his team for 13 years and they have always given us prompt, courteous, professional, honest, and knowledgeable service.
This fall we purchased a new York unit from them and we are pleased with the installation. Technitions Jeffrey and Ethan, as well as Mark, did a great job. A portion of our fence needed to be disassembled to get the unit into it's place. Mark took it down and put it back up for us leaving it in better shape than it was before. Excellent Service! Touchstone Heating was the 6th company I called after our AC went out. I was able to get an actual person without having to leave a message. I called on Friday evening and they were able to get a technician to our house first thing Saturday morning. Miles was our technician and he was great! Very friendly and patient. We'll be using them for future services. I would definitely recommend!

I called this company at 4:50 pm on a Friday. Maryanne was fantastic to speak to. She was friendly, attentive and sympathetic of my issue (my AC wasn’t blowing at all). I couldn’t bear the thought of going the weekend with out ac! Florida heat is brutal! So she dispatched an tech. Ronald came to the rescue. He thought it was a blower motor which would have run over $1000! But then he thought to check on the relay. Turned out that was bad. Saved me the cost of the blower and I only had to pay the after hours service fee. He could have just put in the motor and gone on, I had already transferred money to my checking account to pay it, but he did the right thing! Will definitely use them in the future.

We used this company to install a new heat pump at our home. They removed old duct work and installed new. The job was done very professionally and the service was excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend touchstone heating and air. I will definitely use them again if I need service in the future.

This is a long overdue recommendation for Mark and his entire staff! I have been using Touchstone for over 15 years. Always answer my call promptly no matter what time with a helpful and courteous repairman here promptly. I would never consider using any other company for my air and heating.
