Words cannot express how thankful we are to the owner, Mark, as well as Jeffrey and Jonathan for their courteous, professional and honest work at both of our properties- one in Gainesville and one in Lake City. At one property, there were various problems with the old unit. They were able to quickly and very efficiently explain, then fix everything and install a brand new 2-ton, 15 SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating) unit with ionizer for air quality and UV light to prevent pathogens, fungi, viruses, and more. Other than the aforementioned qualities of the employees, one thing that really sets this company apart is the 10 Year Parts AND Labor Warranty. That kind of peace-of-mind is a vital selling point for this company and their American-made York units. Other companies in the area do not offer this kind of warranty; thus, causing you to pay up for any little visit that may occur in the coming years. Showed up early,which is great in my book,went right to work,found the issue,fixed it and even did extra at a very reasonable price.Cant remember the guys name but he was very professional and had a fantastic attitude,much respect,,I will definitely continue to use this company in the future,,thank y'all for doing business the way it should be done.
