After almost 5 years of owning our home the central ac/heat unit that come with our home went out. We called Touchstone thinking it just needed to be cleaned and it was worse than that. They got to us and replaced our unit as quickly as they could. Toby, John and Mark did a GREAT job installing our new central ac/heat unit. They arrived first thing this morning and got right to work. Thanks to these guys my family will be sleeping in a cool house tonight! :)

Due to my wife has bad allergies we needed do something. In our master bedroom and bath we kept getting excessive dust on everything! On this date 9/8/2020 Touchstone came and inspected our A/C duct system, and repaired all leaks. Installed the blue light unit! I was so impressed with their expertise, we went ahead and also installed the oxygen generator! Will do a follow up report after while to let you know on the improvement which I’ m sure will be significant. The technicians were prompt, very courteous, and friendly!

We purchased a new unit from Mark at a fair price and he arranged the financing. He has maintained the system and recently installed an ionizer. The air quality has greatly improved. I've been using Touchstone for 11 years now. They have been wonderful! The biannual service can't be beat and is money well spent and keeps your system running smoothly. I will recommend Touchstone Heating & Air, Inc over, over and over again. I called multiple AC Repair Companies and no one was calling me back to schedule an apt. I called Touchstone and right then and there I was scheduled for a 10AM apt with Jonathan. He was at my home on time and very professional, kind and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem within 5 mins and was gone within 20 mins. He answered all of my questions and also informed me of the perks for annual service through Touchstone. Please, if you have ANY AC problems, use Touchstone and ask for Jonathan. You will not be disappointed. I thought I was going to need an entire new unit and Jonathan saved the day!
