Mark came out and looked around gave us several options. Very knowledgeable and and answered all our questions. Scheduled the installation and show up on time. There was 5 guys that showed up had the new heating and air installed very quickly. They all were very polite and friendly. They cleaned up there mess before they left. The price for what all they had to do to put in the unit was a very good price. The service was impeccable and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new unit.

My wife and I want to thank you again for your excellent team of very professional and knowledgeable crew. From my initial call to Ann Marie with and immediate in house scheduled inspection and quote with you Mark (Owner). I also want to give huge shot out to Toby, Ronald and Jareth amongst others that came to my house today and replaced my AC UNIT and moved to my desired location, installed insulation in my attic thru my whole house and gave me crash course and pointers on how to maintain my AC unit. This is what you call 5 STAR customer service and I'm grateful that i went with a local business owner.

Install crew showed up on time for installation all 3 were professional and explained what they were doing they kept me informed as to what was going on and how install was progressing. Adapted well to install issue new unit was bigger than old unit and opening had to be enlarged and when done you could not tell by install that there was an issue. Cleaned up all old unit and ducts looks like it was befored they shiwed up. Installed wifi thermostat and they stayed till i was satisfied with running of new unit. Get home from a week out of town to find my AC went out. This company came recommend from my neighbor and now I know why. I called at 8:45pm Friday and they actually asked if they needed to come out right then. I said Saturday would be fine and was given an estimated time of 10:30am. Not only did I get a phone call but also a text with the technician's name when he was on the way. Jonathan arrived at my house at 10:45am and quickly diagnosed the issue. Touchstone didn't install this unit but pulled up the units info to see if it would be covered under warranty. I will definitely be using Touchstone again for all of my heating and cooling needs.

My old heatpump finally threw in the towel last weekend. I contacted Touchstone Heating and Air,. Today I had a brand new York heatpump installed. The pricing was reasonable and the techs were courteous as always. Great company that I trust with my heating and air conditioning needs.

Great company. Always professional and on time. Will tell you what needs to be done and the cost. Great warrant on their products. Will even show up in an emergency to look at the system for you.

We purchased a new unit from touchstone heating and air. We couldn't have been happier our decision. From the moment we met Mr. Mark (an hour after we called for an estimate ) we were treated exceptional, he even went out of his way to make our one year old daughter smile while giving us our quote. He personally walked our house and gave an extreme through estimate. We decided we would go ahead with the purchase, and 2 days later he HIMSELF along with a very professional, hardworking team was here installing our unit, on good Friday at that, so we would have air for Easter.
I HIGHLY recommend them!!! FIVE STARS in our opinion.

Heats not working . Tried to schedule an appointment and was told they had one opening for tomm he would call me right back in 5 mins . 2 hours passed and he is now fully booked and I can no longer get an appointment this week . Really appreciate that!

I called for assistance with my AC unit and they sent someone out who informed us that we just needed to run some vinegar through the drain and all would be well. I did this and then I did it again with no improvement and the situation getting worse. Finally, I called them again and was told they would come out but because it was a holiday I would be charged 275.00 just to come out and fix what wasn’t fixed the first time. I tried talking to them last time they were out and said I thought there was more to the issue but I was told by two different people that if I would just follow their instructions I would have my air back. Now here I am with no air having to wait until tomorrow since I can’t afford to pay the extra to fix something that should have been fixed the first time.

I had a terrible time finding reliable, trustworthy people to work on our HVAC until we found Touchstone. I'm so very thankful! They are knowledgeable, hard working, so incredibly helpful, and not trying to charge an arm and leg for everything. They are responsive when you call and can get to the house quick to fix issues. I didn't even hesitate to say yes when asked about buying a service plan. It's completely worth it to avoid the AC going out in July.
