    Just bought a brand new A/C Unit in January 2019. In June, just 5 months later, our A/C wasn’t working. They told us it would be 3-5 days before someone could come out (even though we told them we had water leaking from our inside unit into our garage.) We called again on Friday to make sure we were still on the list (they still said 3-5 days) and then we NEVER heard from them! We had a “one year warranty” of free service after purchasing the A/C, which doesn’t mean anything when they won’t show up to service it! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to further pursue this matter as it’s a breach of contract.

    This is a terrible company. If I could give zero stars I would. They’re great if you want an install, but after that you don’t exist to the company. My A/C unit was installed last year. It has since gone out, two weeks ago. I called two weeks ago to ask for a technician to come out. I was told 3-5 days, it has been a little 2 over weeks. I again called this morning, was told they would be out this afternoon. I heard nothing. Called back again. Was told it would be another 3-5 days, which I am now seeing as a common answer among all the bad reviews. Have since called multiple times, was told that the owner, Elijah, would call me. Still haven’t anything and not really expecting to. It has been a horrible experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE DISHONEST AND HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (since it’s only an answering service that doesn’t actually do anything). Save yourself the headache and go with an actual honest, good company.

    *** Buyer Beware *** My elderly parents' AC is not working correctly. We called several days ago and we were told someone would be out to service it. After several no shows, we called again today and i asked to speak with a manager and I was told by "Frank, the call center manager" that no one would tell us someone would be right out to see us because it is against protocol. We are clearly lying to ourselves and making up the appointment scheduled. The wait time is 3-5days for service calls. There was absolutely zero empathy from Frank and another rep named, Nancy. Rather, they appeared bothered by the fact we were calling again.

    Our AC unit is 2 years old and the 10 year "Warranty" only covers parts. If we don't ask nicely for help, no one will be coming. Clearly customer service after the fact is not something they care much about. We were told we are not the only ones with hot houses and we just need to wait. We will get to it when we can.

    If you are looking to buy an AC unit, please save yourself the hassle and pick another company. Spend a little more and read the comments from other customers.

    I hope someone reads this and decides against calling your company to do business clearly the "Call Center" does not care about your customers after they have purchased from you.

    *** Update ***

    We received a call from Issac, and they are sending someone out to service the unit. This doesn't negate our experience and it should be shared.

    The folks talking phone calls need training on how to be empathic, conceding tone and customer service don't mix.

    Frank telling me that at-least their office has AC and we don't is not a way to end a call and expect to continue to grow an AC business.

    We had 2 new AC units installed a few months ago. For some weird reason 1 seemed to not be working so called for service. They arrived same day within a few hours. Turned out the breaker tripped but they stayed & checked everything on the system to make sure it was working properly before leaving. I greatly appreciate their prompt and thorough service.

    Made 2 appointments with them, I took off work for both days. First appointment they were a no call no show. I called and asked if they were still going to make it. They said sorry they were busy. I simply asked for them to give me a courtesy call if they aren't going to make the appointment. I rescheduled later that week. Again they never called and never showed. So I called and asked and again they were busy, so I asked why didn't I get a call? The gentleman said that wasn't his fault it was dispatches fault for not calling me and that they were focusing on people with out AC. He asked if my AC worked and I said yes but it's 17 years old and getting ready to quit. In the end we were both yelling and he hung up on me. Absolutely horrible customer service would not recommend to anyone.

    If I could give negative stars I would. Do not do business with these people. They are dishonest and unprofessional. They do not honor the warranty on the A/C that they install. I had a brand new A/C unit installed by them less than 2yrs ago. Called them last week because unit stopped cooling. Spent a week calling them, all I would get is that a tech would call me back. No one ever did call me back. After a week of waiting I had to finally give up and call a different company. I suggest you also read all their BBB complaints. Many say the same thing, they do not honor the warranty on an A/C that they install. If you install with them and something goes wrong you will never hear from them again. I recommend you call A/C Home LLC. I called them and a tech was out to my house within the hour and had my unit fixed within a half hour after that.

    This is an excellent company. The technician, Michael, called in advance to confirm our appointment, and then was on time. He was knowledgeable and professional, courteous and kind. He was happy to explain what was important to maintain my system. I highly recommend this company!

    If I could give this company no stars I would but it makes you select one to leave a review. As long as you're making a purchase you might be in good shape but if you've already purchased a new unit only a year old and this year it stops cooling with a warranty they WILL NOT come to service your unit under warranty!!! Supposedly they have a 3-5 day business policy before they can get to you well we're now beyond 5 business days and they still haven't came to see why my air is not working in 90+ degree Florida heat, this is pathetic and this company is obviously money hungry...why offer a damn warranty but for what if they're not going to uphold the warranty by coming to see why the unit they placed only 1 year ago is no longer cooling. I'm beyond livid and I'll be making further complaints with the BBB

    Spent $1800 to have a warranty compressor replaced and my coil cleaned. AC still does not cool to below 80 even in morning. Called twice now with no response. Once they have your money they are gone. technicians cannot understand English to tell them that your AC is still not cooling when they are even in your house. They insist that it works. I would stay clear of this company. Keep looking for someone that actually responds. Now I will have to fork out more money to get AC check .

    It is not an Honest Company. They installed a year ago but never kept their one year warranty parts and labor. We called maybe 15 times but only got the call center. Never use them. Do not recommend...
