    Made an appointment over a week in advance. I had a window from 9am to Noon. No one shows up. I called to see what their statues was, they said i was the next house on the schedule and they should be there by 2pm. By 2pm still no show. I call again and say they definitely should be there by 5pm. And of course again, no show..Final time I call, they say they wont make it and have to reschedule..I'm amazed how i had to chase down a company to stay updated and to find out they wont show. I stayed home from work and lost a days pay. NEVER AGAIN

    I had two AC units replaced in my home one week ago. They were very prompt to install them but when one of the unit failed to work, they couldn't fix the issue. I had to call the Trane to find out that they wired the unit incorrectly. Failed promises and numerous no shows.

    Update: 6months after the installation, the heating failed and they refused to come to service their work. The warranty means absolutely nothing. Tried threatening them with legal action and media involvement with no luck. I have to pay for the repair with a different company. Absolutely the worst company.

    DO NOT USE THEM. WARNING TO ALL CONSUMERS!!!!!!!!!

    Purchased a brand new AC unit on 12/27/16 with 10 year parts and 3 year labor warranty, and duct cleaning was thrown in for free. Made 2 appointments to get ducts cleaned and they were a no show both times. AC stopped working and I made a tech appointment and he was a no show and I took off work to meet him at the house. Final straw was I couldn't take the head so I called AGAIN to get a tech out and the manager (Elijah) said he would have a tech out within the hour and they were a no show again. 4 times in a row. Do not use this company.

    I wish I knew before using this company. I thought it was a different one but I was wrong! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
    We paid $1200 for service including a service contract. After getting the 1st cash they stopped showing for appointments and did not return calls nor advise they were not coming. We have been waiting to pay them for the last part and have our coils cleaned since may. I called today as my elderly mother was getting the run around the "manager" was rude and told me only God is above him...helpful. I just want my service contract money back so I can go to a company that shows up. I will be going to the bbb

    I read some of the reviews and I was sceptical calling. Called anyway after all with a name like Honest ac. Sure enough pleasant surprise from the initial tech that Showed up within the window that was set and the price was way lower than the first 2 companies that came earlier. thank you for great service I will recommend.

    Great service, great price. I scheduled an appointment with them to get an estimate and they were prompt and honest. Got the A/C installed and the price was accurate, representative was professional and got back to me right away. I would use them again. Thank you!

    If I could rate less then one star I would not Evan worth one star!!
    Should not be called honest, should be called (dishonest!!) They installed a new a/c unit cost over $4.000 and had to return many times for warranty.work. Some tech’s are better then others. Did not stand behind their warranty which we paid for. after they said we have a full warranty. They went back on their word tried to upsell us for additional repairs we did not need. Had to call another company to get fixed even with a warranty. Honest A/C of Orlando.the other company said it look like cluster mess up. Honest A/C is not upstanding. The owner Elijah is a sweettalker and salesman. He tells you a lot of lies. And try’s to say it’s not what we did something else Very poor company.Be careful. If it’s to good to be true usually it is. That’s Honest A/C of Orlando.
    Do your homework and check the reviews.

    Also takes them many days to respond to a recall of service or warranty work!!
    And most of the time hard to get in touch with.
    If it’s cash job they are there,
    If it is a return or warrantywork your last!!!!

    Got estimates from 4 different companies. They all came & looked at old unit & Home. Michael was very polite. He seemed to be more knowledgeable & presented his estimate with more confidence. He answered all of of my questions. I would recommend Honest A/C to anyone.

    Overall is a good company, I wish they would be more responsible with schedules. They did a good job in one of my houses installing a brand new unit. but for my other house I called them more than 4 times and scheduled a regular clean up/tune up, but no one time they showed up I believe because was a promotional price for $89.00. Idk... And right after I need they to come bc my AC frozen, the guy charged me $190.00 do clean the pipes and trail. I asked why so much if the other house they did once for free, he said was the price, I believe bc was really late around 8 pm. But the next day I called the manager and asked how much did they charge for the service and he said was $125.00. Anyway service is good, but it is a hassle to get them on your house and always is a charge of more than $100.00 ate least.

    Frank was the absolute worst call center representative ever!!!! This company had the worst customer service department of any a/c company I have ever dealt with. They set my appointment between 1-4 and advised the technician would call an hour in advance. I called at 2:15 to see if I was still scheduled and they said yes and the technician will be there by 4. I called at 3:44 and they said the technician will call. I called at 4 and they said they will get to me when they get to me. I asked to speak to a manager and the representative said that a manager will call me when they get a chance. I pressed for a timeframe so she transferred me to another representative named Frank. He said that there are no managers and no supervisors that work there. He continued to yell over me (and yes, I mean Yell) that the technicians are busy and they will call when they get to it even though I was no longer asking about the technician but rather the POOR Customer Service. He told me there's 30 girls that work here and I don't know who transferred you to my line. He then said 'You know what, this isn't my problem' and hung up!!!! This company definitely needs to address their customer service reps and the timeliness of getting to appointments. The Technician Never Showed Up!!!!!
