Honest AC

We are still waiting for sevice tech 2 days later scheduled between 3 and 6 pm... no show.
Left several messages and no return call.
Still no air ..... just paid $5000 and cant get a simple service call . Warranty is useless.
Just discovered no permit ever pulled.
The absolute worst customer service!!!
Do not hire.... pay the extra $500
You get what you pay for

These guys are unprofessional. Requested an estimate since Monday . I followed up with the technician Yuri Tuesday and Wednesday. No estimate . I called today Friday speak to the most u professional guy that told me do what ever you want . That I can do Ac companies are a dine per dozen . Poor recommendation from mint magazine .

The unit kept freezing up, over and over again. Every time we called, their technical people came, they put Freon in it. That was like putting a bandaid on a broken arm. The last time I called, we went a full week without air conditioning. We ended up having to replace the entire unit.

i have a few investment properties and had enough of my old ac guy that has been raising prices every year and got a little comfortable with me so i figured i would give these guys a chance and i’m glad i did. thank you honest ac great price great service very pleased.

Have a service contract with honest ac and I am very happy with the service I am receiving. Michael is always on time, friendly, knowledgeable and does a really good job. We can certainly recommend honest ac

The technician Gilberto, came to my house today to do the first and free service after one year of our installation, this is a free service the company offers to you , that is so great because helps you to prevent any problem and keeps your ac running perfect. Thanks.

They should change their name adding dis as the prefix. Service is not up to par. Any promises on appointments have been broken for nearly two months. Elijah, the ownner/ manager needs to pay some attention to the customers.

Very honest, I had to flush the drain lines and they fixed it right away. Price was very good. I had another company come out and they told me I had to change other parts which was not true.

They showed up early, had replaced my furnace/air unit immediately. Were extremely kind & considerate. I'd recommend this company in a heartbeat.

Cleaned my vents months ago. Charged us 600$ which I know now is crazy. We have been having issues with AC again. Had someone come out and they found parts that were not connected, another 600$ to fix their mistake. Stay away from these idiots
