James and the other young man that came to fix the clogged main line were great. They worked hard to remedy the problem and fixed it efficiently. Much appreciate them working in the rain and not one complaint. Will definitely recommend this company again.

I don’t think it’s as much Terrance as it is with the company communications systemsz. When I tried to initially cal into progressive /swift bro I was transferred 4 times to different locations. I finally was able to make an appointment.
Terrance an another person came out to review my hot water heater system. The advertisement, since I was going through Home Depot was to be free. Terrance told me it was going to be $150-$180 for a fire a Diagnosis but then charged me $200. All at a moments notice.
The cost of the part to Fix the problem was $45. The cost to fix the Water Heater was verbally quoted to be between $400 - $450. Terrance was to order the part and schedule a time to return and repair. I did not hear from him for two weeks so I called him. He had not ordered the part. I asked him if the price had been settled. He said he did not see the repair on his work list. I also had asked for a quote to replace the tankless water heater and I asked him again for that quote ( me purchasing and his company purchasing).
I received the quote two days later but no follow up with The plumbing co.
I tried to get in touch w the company and Terrance twice each and no answer from Terrance and was hung up on Tice when I called the company number.

Dakota from Swift Brothers Plumbing was tasked with installing 4 new chair height toilets in our new home. He notified us before arrival, and actually arrived early to the appointment, much to our delight. Singlehandedly, he installed the 4 toilets on three floors of our home and removed the old ones. He was careful to protect the house and the new toilets during the entire process. Dakota was professional and precise in his performance. We were quite comfortable with him in our home. We had an issue with one of the lines on a toilet, due to the uneven flooring, not due to any of Dakota's work. He returned promptly and fixed the line. We could not be more pleased with Dakota or with Swift Brothers. I highly recommend Dakota and Swift Brothers without reservation.

I had an old water softener system removed.

From my first phone message to the office until the completion of the project the entire experience was handled very courteously, efficiently, and professionally.
Brydon arrived almost @ 12:15. We were scheduled in the 12-5 PM range.
He immediately evaluated the situation, explained options, proceeded to Home Depot to purchase a new faucet assembly. He sent me a picture of the system before he purchased it to be sure it was what we wanted. He returned from HD in less than an hour. He replaced the faucet and our ballroom was functional in barely 2 hours from start to finish, including the trip to HD for the system by Moen that I requested.
While completing the installation he discovered a dysfunctional water valve and subsequently repaired this also.
Brydon provided stellar service. I would highly recommend and request him again for other plumbing situations.
Additionally, I requested no doorbell ringing or knocking. My request was honored and we were notified by phone when Brydon arrived.
I truly believe this was the best service experience I have had in quite a long a long
time.

James was wonderful fixed the problem, was great to talk with. He was in and out and did a great job the other guy didn't do right. I'll well be calling them again for more work in the future. Thank you. James was great!

I paid for the technician to come out and tell me what I already knew. I did not use the service. $833.00 I am on a limited income. I guess with prices these days I should know better. Will next time. Not recommending.

Water main broke due to inproper installation by DR Horton plumbers. Obviously was just good enough to get past the warranty. Swift Brothers was out within 6 hours. With how busy the holidays can be we appreciate the quick response and professional work. Thank you!

We needed a commercial plumber, I saw Swift Brothers and gave them a call. Jessica is very helpful and on top of things. James was great! He checked everything and explained everything as he was telling me what was wrong. I highly recommend Swift Brothers for your plumbing needs.
