Was in need of a new water heater. Purchased one at Home Depot and was told Swift Brothers would reach out to me to schedule. Nobody ever called so I had to call them. I went from a standard hot water heater to a tankless. They told me I would need a permit and charged me for one. They never pulled a permit for the job. I have had nothing but issues since the installation not to mention it looks like my 5 yr old installed it. I have left multiple messages for a manager to call me, it’s been weeks. Next step is BBB

Miguel arrived to my house earlier than expected. He was very pleasant and very thorough diagnosing multiple problems in my home. He wrote me a fair estimate and completed all repairs promptly. I highly recommend Miguel and would definitely use this company again.

The best service I've ever used! I was in an emergency situation where I couldn't shut the water off. I called other plumbers and was told it wouldn't be till tomorrow before they could come out. I called Swift and the lady that answered the phone was like sure we have someone who can come, got a little info from me and a min after hanging up I received a text of who my plumber would be and about a min after that James called and said he was five minutes away! From the time of the phone call till he came was no more than 10 minutes! Where can you find service like that? That was amazing! Thank you so much!

Well, I wanted to use Swift Brothers plumbing, as I’ve recently moved into a new home and I have lots of jobs for them! So I called this past Wednesday, and they set me up for an appointment the very next day, with an appointment window of 12:00pm to 5:00pm.

That’s kind of a long window, but I was so thankful to get the appointment, I figured it was worth it.

But then they just never showed. They did not call, did not come by during my appointment window, and they still have not contacted me to try and reschedule. BUT, I’ve received two texts and emails now, asking me to provide a review for them.

So, ok then! I’m afraid I have to give a negative review, which I really try to avoid. But even though the receptionist was great on the phone when I called to schedule, I wasted 5 hours of my time here at the holidays, waiting for a plumber that never showed up - and it doesn’t even seem like they’ve noticed that they left me hanging, since they keep sending me review requests.

Anyway, they could be great at their services, if you can get them to show up!!

I was given a quote for future work. An estimate. I will schedule them next week. Work involved including opening up my wall to put a new shower stem and valve configuration. I will review again after the work has been done. Dustin came to my home and was pleasant, honest and is willing to take care of the problem in one day. I will schedule after the labor day weekend. I added to this because i accidentally hit the first star. This visit was professional and pleasant.

Miguel was very professional and knowledgeable with the plumbing logistics. Miguel was very pleasant and courteous to every question we asked. He drained out the kitchen sink, which was clogged during the Easter weekend. I will definitely use Swift Brothers Plumbing in the future. We hope the company has more Miguels'... 👍

I had a major water leak according to my OUC bill. I searched google for plumbers in my area and Swift Brothers were Google Approved. Crystal set me up with an appointment, then I found leak and she got her team out to me within hours of my urgent call. Joe was able to repair my pipe and I could use water again without waste. I will definitely use their services again when needed. Excellent Customer Service and very professional!

Aaron was extremely thorough in his installation of the new water heater. He explained the features and answered all my questions about how the unit functions. He was able to do the job within a few hours. I am very pleased with his service and expertise.

We were very happy with the work and it was at a reasonable cost. Our only complaint was the communication between the office and Bryson and the office and us. They did not keep us updated on the time of service, which was 7 hours late. We had to keep calling the office for updates. But we were so happy with Bryson that we will use them again, we will just prepared for the wait/miscommunication.
