I ordered two high-end commodes with bidet and need them installed. I called this company and asked how much an installation would be. The receptionist said that she couldn't give me a price b/c it varies, which I understood. So I asked if she could give me a low end and high end so I could have an idea, she refused.
She said that they have to come out and look at the toilets and give me a price, and they CHARGE me $60 just to give me a price, but that the $60 would go towards the service. So I said, "What if I don't like the price and decline service?" She replied, "You still have to.pay the $60."
I cannot believe that they want me to pay them $60 just to tell me how much they'll charge!! Shysters, that's what you are! Awful, awful manner in which you treated me. 😕

When I called the office was very helpful and personable. They arrived as promised and I was so appreciative as I had a leak in my cabinet. Dustin quickly repaired the leak under my sink and replaced the valve. The pricing was reasonable and I am very satisfied with their service and will definitely use them again!

Christine was excellent on the telephone and understood that I had major problems. Miguel came at the end of what must’ve been a very long day and was very professional, checked everything out , promised to come back the next morning and he did. All the work was done quickly and neatly there was no mess afterward and I am extremely grateful. I have put the card up at the clubhouse for other folks to see here and hope you get more business

I called on Sunday morning and they had someone at my house by 1:30 pm. Our service technician David was very professional and knowledgeable. The work was performed very efficiently and in a timely manner. I would recommend David and Swift Brothers to anyone needing service.

I was out of town when my son notified me the toilets had overflowed and there was brown water on the floors and coming up in both showers.

I placed a call to Swift plumbing, within 30 minutes received a phone call from Joel to advise he would be there shortly. He called and gave me a estimate of the charges and proceeds to unclog the drain. He calls again to explain he was going to have to work on the bathrooms inside to solve the problem and what the cost would be. I can't believe how hard he worked at solving the problem, kept me updated start to finish.

Also, when I called I spoke to Haley, she was very efficient on setting up an account for me, taking my payment information and assured me we would receive a call shortly that someone was on their way.

Plumbing work is always a unexpected expense so I really appreciated the estimate and the call back when price increased.

Miguel, was professional, pleasant, he wore a mask and paper booties before entering my home. Miguel diagnosis the problem, explain the issues and answered all my questions and concerns. The problem was the faucet. Overall, service was great. However I do feel the price charged for the replacement of a faucet I had purchased was too much. Otherwise no complaints. Thank you Miguel.

I am new to the area and just purchased my home. My sinks were taking days to drain. I started googling plumbers near me. I found one with fantastic reviews so I gave them a call, no one ever answered the phone and I called 12 or more times nor did I get a response to my voicemails. After 3 days I began the search again for a plumber I found Swift Brothers plumbing and I can tell you I will never have the need to search for a plumber again. I called and the woman who answered the phone was extremely nice and she got me on the schedule 24 hours later. James came out the next day and was unable to clear my lines but suggested that he could come back and run a camera down the line to assess the issue. I agreed then asked what I needed to pay today and he said no ma'am don't worry about today I will come back and we will get this taken care of. He was just back today and after 2 months I can finally use my kitchen sink, laundry sink and dishwasher. Thank you James

They were prompt at showing up and billing. They got paid right away because they have a link in their email which is VERY NICE. The only issue, we emailed them with a couple of questions and never received any reply. Would have been 5 stars if they would have replied.

I’m am so ecstatic with the service provided by Miguel! He located the leak, repaired the valve, installed a new line to toilet. He also was honest about the valve in my bathtub. Wasn’t valve at all, only the handle. The last plumber quoted me over $1200 and wanted to cut hole in my wall and replace something that was not needed! SWIFT PLUMBING is honest, professional, did the job in a timely “swift” manner. All while being personable and with a great attitude! I will use them from now on for ALL of my plumbing needs! Great job Miguel! Thank goodness there are people like you out there. My hero for the day : )
