Brain was a nice person who gave me a fair deal on the correction of a poor installation. My only recommendation is to contact the customer when you are going to be later than the committed time frame.

Outdoor spigot leaking and I and a neighbor could not get the house/ water valve to shut off. No inside of the house damage. Technician Dustin was great! Replaced spigot hook up and new shut off pipes with a box cover. My experience with Swift Brothers was good. My only issue was the bill seemed high and I did not receive a breakdown pricing for services. Actually need that for my records

Was given a window of 0800-1200 tech did not show up until 1330 then sat in driveway for 30 minutes before coming to the door. I was not called and informed that they were not going to be in the window I was given. Tech did not know that I had a leak that needed repaired. They fixed an issue with pulsing shower but after the cold water in shower was hot and visa versa. Called the next day to speak with someone about the issue, they are sending the tech back but I got essentially a, “Sorry nothing we can do about the time and professionalism.”

I received a call from the scheduler for Swift Brothers at about 9 pm on a Friday! Not that's responsive. They had a plumber available for Saturday morning but my problem was not an emergency. The work was set for Monday morning. The plumber, James Russel, was on time and immediately started to work. I was not present so James kept me informed via text and pictures. He took no action without my approval. When he finished, he sent pics of the repairs and everything was first class. I don't know if prices were competitive but I can say it was well worth the cost. I am confident James did the work properly and cut no corners. He even found another water leak problem and sent me pictures that I could use to ask for repairs from another expertise. I plan to keep Jame's contact info and seek him out the next time I have need of a plumber. I understand Swift Brother's also works on HVAC. I assure you if I ever need HVAC work, Swift Brothers is my choice for all work. I highly recommend them.

Tech came back a day after accidentally reversing shower valve cartridge during a service. If only he remembered that he reversed the cartridge… instead, he sat in my bathroom for an hour turning the water mixture dial back and forth, thinking that it was going to change anything. Frustrated, I took to google and found after a few minutes that a reversed valve cartridge could be the culprit. I mentioned this to the tech and was not taken seriously. After a phone call requesting for help, the tech went back out to their vehicle. Fed up, I took the cartridge out and reversed it to the correct position. Tech comes back in and acts like he knew that’s what it was and was about to fix it LOL. Might be putting in an application at Swift Brothers because these guys hire anyone.

Had some drain line and water main issues that were in desperate need of repair and called Swift Bros plumbing to do the job. Not only did they come back with a reasonable estimate the tech Miguel was very professional and explained everything in detail! The only concern was that our guy didn't have any help until the third day. All in all a great place to do business with.

James and Trey could not have been better representatives for their company; they came in and quickly evaluated my drainage issue and provided a quote for repair right on the spot! Very polite and professional. They scheduled my service to occur for the following day. This is the go to plumber if you want quick response and professional service.

We needed emergency plumbing help tonight (a Sunday night of course!) and Swift was the only one who answered and had a tech able to come out. Miguel was on time and professional and explained everything as well as the options to unclog our drain. We couldn’t ask for better service, seriously amazing thank you so much! Fair prices and experienced tech.

Our plumber was Mr. Mulholland. He was great. We had another Tech come the day before we were not happy with his findings so we called your company very glad we did. Mr. Mulholland was on time told us exactly what the problem was came back the next day and fixed the problem. Thank you so very much we are very pleased.
