Ideal Conditions Heating & Air Conditioning

Had our AC unit stop blowing out air and called into the office to get someone out to get it fixed. Chris was expeditious and thorough ensuring not only that we got our unit back up and running in this heat, but that our maintenance that had fallen off was taken care of. Great work like always!

First Ms. Tawanna was very professional and was able to make a way to get me a same day appointment so that my 71yr old mother didn't have to suffer in the heat. Mr. Mike was amazing and a God sent. He was able to fix my AC in no time and my elderly mom didn't have to suffer. The price was awesome also considering everything today is high. Thank you all for your helpful service. You have a new customer for sure.

I had my compressor changed a while back as hit by lightning .. the owner gave me a maintenance plan as I hired them to clean coils etc ..
The house was not cooling and they came out and explained the problem .. fixed it .
They also tried to charge my dead battery in my car in the garage but cord would not reach .. they were very kind .. Thank you both .

JNEL and a trainee were very kind and professional. JNAL is a great teacher/leader. Got the job done! Also talk to Loren on the phone. She also explained my plan company policies to me. Enjoyed working and talking with all your employees today.

Mike arrived just when promised. He made a thorough diagnosis of my malfunctioning AC system. Once he determined the problem, he explained what needed to be done, and why, and explained everything he was doing. He provided some options to improve the system, without high pressure to make a decision immediately. Excellent service!

Update 10/26/22 - Thanks to Mike's recommendation, Chris and Kevin were here today to add an upgraded filter package to my HVAC system. They were very professional, explaining what they were going to do. After they finished, they shared a video of the work they had done - saving me a climb into the attic. Great job!

Mike was able to figure out exactly what was wrong with my unit, and showed me steps to extend the life of my unit and save money. 10/10 would recommend.

After explaining to Chris the problem and that I thought I might need a new thermostat, Chris did a quick review of my AC unit and stated the problems was simple and he would get the system performing quickly. Which he did. Also, because l am a loyal customer, Chris was able to help with the service fee. Imagine a company that still values loyal customers in 2022. Thanks to Chris who was polite, professional and provided excellent service.

Ideal Conditions exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend. Our AC stopped cooling and quickly become very hot in our home. I called Ideal Conditions and they were able to put us on the service list for the same day. Within an hour and half, we had someone at our house! You receive text notifications throughout the process and are notified when a technician is on the way (very convenient). Tom (the owner) was the one who responded to the call and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. Even better, he was able to have the unit fixed in the same day. Tom was professional, informative, and honest. Very reasonable prices too! Overall, we were able to make the initial call to Ideal and have our AC repaired and house cool again all within a 5-hour time span!

They have an AMAZING team of professionals and they are so helpful and professional. Jason was awesome and so helpful. They really take the time to do the work correctly and are more than reasonably priced. I am happy to have been a customer after the original installers didn’t do their work appropriately or to code. I am so grateful to them and recommend them to everyone. They also have an awesome maintenance plan that delivers filters and vinegar to you every 6 months and do maintenance. They are truly amazing and I am so thankful they were able to help me.
