Mike came out and was very knowledgeable and got our a/c unit running top notch. I would recommend Ideal Conditions as your A/C company

Russell was very patient in explaining everything about our system and what was going on with it. He was also thorough with his work. I want our a/c and heating unit to last for years and with Ideal Conditions’ maintenance program I believe that is possible.

Joshua showed up right when he said he would. Called on the way, which was super helpful. Josh diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. We have used Ideal Conditions for the last seven years and they are always reliable and entirely trustworthy. When two companies said we needed a new unit, Ideal Conditions did a repair on the unit. We keep a yearly contract with them and we have had them maintain that same unit for SEVEN years, when other companies told us it needed to be replaced. Thanks Ideal Conditions and thank you, Josh!!

UPDATE: These guys get better and better. Our AC issues only started with the gunk that came off of the coils. The system had been doing its best for a long time under sub-optimal conditions. We got the coils cleaned, next issue was a leak. They found the leak and fixed it, the next issue was the part of the AC system that sits outside. Years of working under extreme pressure meant the second it could breathe easy, it just gave up...

Rich, Shawn, and Tom (the owner) came up with a solution for us that didn't break the bank and worked with us to implement it. I'd like to think that a small part of them working with us had something to do with us not being jerks when one problem with the system led to another. In general, I think it pays to be nice to people who are solving problems for you.

Mike came out to diagnose our AC issues and had the problem identified in very short order - filthy, completely blocked coils. Today, Rich is here going above and beyond to solve our problem. He is incredibly conscientious about his work, easy to have working in the house, and I am confident we will have the AC back up and running in short order.

As a word of warning to everyone else, have your coils maintained and swap out your filters regularly. We had filters in place, but that pile of gunk is what one long haired cat + renovation in the house will do to your ac unit. And if you haven't had your HVAC tuned up in a while, call these folks.

Mike was very prompt and professional. Called me back within an hour after I placed the service call in the evening. He was able to come out the same night that my ac broke down and install a new part. I recommend this company.

10/1/22- Hurricane Ian caused a power outage and a power surge when coming back on, causing wires and thermostat issues. Mike responded in one hour and was very knowledgeable, professional and worked until it was resolved. This company is great at what they do. Will always use them. This is a great company!!!

1 year ago- Tom was fantastic, as were some of the other guys in the past. This company always takes the time to teach you about the repairs to solve on your own if you can. I have learned allot about my ac units and feel that they are very honesty and professional!!! Always!! I always recommend to anyone I know needing ac service

Tom and his crew (Jason, Kevin, Mike, and Chris) did a tremendous job of installing my new water to air unit. My bedroom finally gets the air needed to keep it cool year round. They stayed late on Thursday until the job was completely done. I highly recommend using Ideal Conditions, because they are extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Thomas and Nic have helped me numerous times! Great guys to work with. Thomas walked me through the process ON THE WEEKEND. He was more than helpful. I’ll definitely be using only Ideal Conditions! Nothing like having your ac go out in the middle of the day on a weekend and not know what to do. It was refreshing to have an expert call and be so kind!
