I would like to express my admiration for Ideal Conditions for their exceptional professionalism and strong work ethic. However, they are much more than just that. They are a closely-knit family who strive to make you feel like a part of their family by making sure that they fulfill all of your needs to the best of their abilities. While other companies may claim to treat you like family, Ideal Conditions does not just promote this concept, they demonstrate it with every interaction - from the person who schedules your appointments to the technicians who visit your home.

Tom, the owner of Ideal Conditions, understands the struggles of working-class families who need to earn money to pay bills or run a business. Unlike businesses that prioritize profit over people, Ideal Conditions genuinely cares about these families and never tries to sell them unnecessary or unaffordable products. The phrase "it's just business" does not align with their values.

During a hot summer in 2010, my AC unit suddenly stopped working. Desperate to find a solution, I stumbled upon Ideal Conditions in a Mint magazine. Despite being unsure of the quality of their service, I gave them a call. To my relief, Tom was the technician that arrived at my doorstep after hours and assured me that he would get my AC unit up and running. He took a look at my unit and Tom said, “Let us see what we can do with your existing AC unit, and promised if it does not need to be replaced then we will fix it.” Despite my unit being almost 10 years old at the time, Tom stuck to his word and did not try to sell me a bigger, more expensive unit. He did not leave until he had fixed the problem, working tirelessly for several hours until just before midnight. Thanks to Tom and Ideal Conditions, my AC was back to its normal, functioning self.

Chris H. performed repairs in the evening of January 2023. He was very professional and the quality of his work was excellent. Before he left, he checked everything inside to ensure it was functioning properly.

For 13 years, I have relied on Ideal Conditions for all my needs. All the technicians who have serviced my unit have consistently been kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Owner Tom has instilled integrity and compassion in all his employees, making me feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend Ideal Conditions for their exceptional work. They are truly the best!
I would give them much more than 5 stars.

EDIT: 6-2-2023 J Len and Caleb came today for summer maintenance on the AC unit and not only did a phenomenal, professional job taking care of the unit, they also discovered the condo drainage issue was rearing its ugly head again! :D By their diligence they prevented things from worsening. They were able to clear the line and make sure the unit was free of any flooding. I love Ideal Conditions, they always take good care of my system and are quick to help find solutions, be proactive with the AC care and provide helpful support whenever needed. I still stand by one of the best companies I've done business with, period.

EDIT: 4-15-2023 - Had a float switch activate and cut off the system on an unbearably warm day! Within a short time I was able to contact the weekend on-call service and Josh Sauer made it out to help check the system in a timely manner! No charge as part of my maintenance plan! I'm continuously grateful for this excellent company taking great care of my much-needed AC. Thank you, Ideal Conditions!! <3

Chris Hand did a phenomenal job installing the p-trap for the AC system, and as an added kindness, while my wrist was injured he helped me to replace the AC filter and pour vinegar in the pipe for my monthly maintenance. Amazing service, wonderful company! <3 I can't recommend them enough!

We appreciate Mike (304) from Ideal Conditions for coming out on a Saturday to repair our A/C. We just returned from vacation and the house was hot. Mike was friendly and professional. Thank you very much.

Our air conditioner stopped working. I call several companies, but they couldn't get to it right away. Called Ideal Conditions and Bobby contacted the service repairman Mike. He said he could be out in 25 minutes. He was on time, polite and professional. He checked everything out and had to replace the capacitor. He explained what he was looking for as he was working, did the repair and checked the cooling fluid. He was done with everything in less than an hour. Airs back on and cooling off. Update: 6/26/2023
Air conditioner was dripping water. Called Ideal Conditions and it was after hours, they said they could have someone there by 9:00 PM. Tom and Ethan arrived early, I explained what was going on an they went right to work fixing it. They explained what they were doing as I watch them work. It took about half an hour to remedy the issue. Tom and Ethan were very professional. If anyone needs their air conditioner worked on, I would suggest Ideal Conditions. Thank you Tom and Ethan.

Mike was the tech that came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He came out to repair a leak and recharge the system. Have used these guys prior for a compressor replacement and satisfied then as well.

Mike was fantastic! He was on time, professional, and thorough. Mike listened to my concerns with the system and was able to troubleshoot the concern immediately. Ideal Conditions has been a wonderful company to work with and always is able to follow through with all of my requests.

Ideal Conditions, is just that. Their support is professional, polite and easy to work with. Our technician, Mike, was a great help with getting our unit back online. He fixed the initial issues and found potential future problems. He explained the pros and cons of the additional work and I found it worthwhile to follow through on them. Price points were fair. We will call them again in the future.

Update 05/30/2023: Technician - Kevin (Truck #312) did a great job troubleshooting my unit, and helped give me the information I needed in order to go through with some preventive maintenance. I look forward to working with him again!

Logan and Ezell came out to maintain my A/C Unit after a freeze up of the system . I was not able to be at the house when they arrive but my wife met them. We hear how service people take advantage of woman, well I can say my wife was impressed with these two gentlemen who explained everything they were doing, what the readings on the meter meant and how those readings told them the state of the components. The Blower capacitor was weak which could eventually burn up the blower motor. To prevent a breakdown in the heat of the summer we had the capacitor replaced. We had purchased the Flex Maintenance Plan which save a lot on this call. The call was no cost and the capacitor was discounted so we saved tons and my wife had a stress free encounter with Logan and Ezell.

I first would like to state on this companies professionalism. They were on time and explained in great detail what was going on with my system.Chris and Mike really know what they are doing ! Even down to Nicole and Lauren super nice and we’re very attentive to my schedule ! Wouldn’t use any other A/C company. Thanks so much to the Ideal Conditions crew!
