My technician, Buddy, was excellent! Even late in the day on a Friday when I had an a/c problem - Buddy showed up early, did his assessment & recommendation. He explained everything throughly and was very efficient. Absolutely a GREAT experience by an expert who was detailed, personable and professional. I'll never use anyone else!

He got here and did everything he needed to do to check my AC in about half an hour. We talked about the next maintenance for early next year so I have that already in mind for some time probably in April.

AC stopped blowing cold air around 7:30 pm, house got hot real quick. Called several AC Companies and Buddy with Air America returned my call right away. He was at the house within 45 minutes and had us up and running within about 15 minutes. Buddy had a great personality and was very honest and up front with pricing. Highly recommend Air America!

My air condition was not working properly and the technician came out on a Sunday, fixed the issue and was friendly and done within an hour. I was really impressed with his knowledge and the fact he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He explained the problem and it turned out to be an easy fix. They came out looked at my problem. We neded blower. They was supposed to call me back . Gave me a price for new air conditioner. It's been 3 weeks, I haven't heard from them yet.
