I had Air America come out on Thursday due to a clog. The Tech that came told me exactly what I knew but did nothing to fix the problem. I called back Friday morning and they rectified the situation sent out a new Technician who resolved the issue.

My family was so pleased with Air America’s service. From the kindness of the office staff to the installation process - it was a completely painless process! We needed to replace our entire AC unit, and they were able to assist us quickly and at a great price!!! Megan in the office walked us through what to expect in a way that ensured there weren’t any surprises. She was friendly and reassuring in a time that can be most stressful. She was able to get a technician out extremely fast. She followed up regularly and notified us every step of the way so we knew what to expect at all times. Barry arrived promptly and was very professional. He was able to diagnose our problem quickly, and though it was bad news for our AC (and our wallets!), he still left us feeling cared for and reassured. He was laid out our repair vs. replacement options in a clear and honest way. The young men that came out to install our new unit were very respectful. Spencer Jr. and Brendan did a great job removing our old system and putting the new one in. Our unit is in a rather tight spot, but they installed it with ease and treated our home as if it was their own. This entire company is full of such a wonderful staff! I have never had such a great experience with any other company. Thank you so much, Air America!

Curtious, friendly and professional technicians that get the work done quickly and efficiently. This business is honest and fair with their work. YOu won't be disappointed!!

First off I want to say how professional everyone was in the office. The receptionist Sasha was very knowledgeable and handled my call. She was well mannered and very courteous. The office manager Megan was very quick in having someone to respond to my house to look at my A/C. She as well was well mannered and very knowledgeable of her job. Dillion and Barry responded and found my compressor was leaking so therefore I had to get a new system. I took there quote and also called around to find out other quotes and no one came close to Air America. They were both very respectful well mannered and in proper uniform. Brendan came the following day and installed my unit. He as well was very well mannered courteous and very knowledgeable of his job. The owner of the company made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner and you can’t beat his prices for very good equipment. Thank you Air America for a great experience and I will definitely be using you in the future and referring you to anyone that has an A/C issue.

This company is amazing! Our AC was not working and I had to leave for work later the same morning. Not only did they rearrange their schedule to come out and diagnose the issue, but when I decided to replace the AC instead of fixing it (the unit was old) they were able to install a new unit the SAME DAY! I did not even ask or expect that. They offered that to me. Everything was up and running by 3:30 that afternoon. I have never worked with a company that had gone above and beyond to that extent. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Brendan, Michael and Megan were amazing to work with!
