My first use of this company and I am impressed! The employee was on time , very professional. Explained everything that was wrong/done. Answered all of my questions and fixed the problem with my a.c. promptly. Very reasonable pricing as well.I had more than one bad experience with the last company I contracted with so was pretty hesitant. This company was a breath of fresh air from the moment I made the call to schedule. So glad I chose them. It is hard to find decent , dependable , professional , qualified and reasonably priced services these days. Sums up this company for sure.

I highly recommend this company for any of your AC/Heating needs. They are very knowledgeable, professional and willing to help in every way they can.

Techs are very knowledgeable but not really thorough. Back to back service calls on non operational system. First tech repaired the present issue but did not do a complete systems check and I had to have another service call the very next day so charged for 2 service calls and maybe the second service call would not have been required had the first tech done a thorough check on the system.

Barry was very knowledgeable and helped me as a new homeowner know what to do to take care of my system.

We had the MOST wonderful experience with Michael and the entire team at Air America! They had the best price, friendly service and got the job done FAST!! So happy to see there are still companies like this one that you can count on.

They replaced my unit a few months ago and the process was professional and efficient. Today, my thermostat was not working properly. I called this morning and they immediately came out and checked. They corrected the problem. I have had numerous conversations with different people from the company and they are all so professional and kind. If every business was ran with the same level of professionalism and customer service, I would never hesitate calling anyone for assistance.

My 1 year anniversary is tomorrow and suddenly my AC unit sounded "louder". Air America came out the same day and confirmed that the unit was just ramping up to a higher speed as it normally does during at peak activity.
