GREAT experience with the entire team! Everyone was courteous and very professional. They were punctual and kept me informed during the entire process. I have been in the construction industry for over 30 years and it was refreshing to work with a company that performs in what I consider the old school ways of doing business! I highly recommend them and will use them again myself.

The two men were very knowledgeable and expeditiously removed and installed a new HIVAC unit double checked everything making sure all was working 100%. I can highly recommend Air America for all heating and cooling jobs. Very satisfied!

Top notch company! We used Air America when our AC went out on the home we recently purchased. Everyone was incredibly professional, communicative and friendly- from the shop staff to the technician. Unfortunately when our new part came in it was damaged in shipping, but this didn’t stop them from still completing the job on time. Technician drove down to Ocala to get us a new part and stayed until almost 9:00pm to complete the installation on the promised day. Our new system is running perfectly now and we couldn’t be happier! We will definitely use them again if we ever need AC help in the future.

Our 22-year old HVAC system finally died last Saturday. I called Tuesday morning to see if someone could come out to take a look at it, and they had Justin over the same afternoon! Unfortunately it couldn’t be repaired, but he showed us our options for replacement and answered every question we had. He didn’t pressure us to purchase a more expensive unit than we needed, which is a big deal for me. The team came and installed the new unit the very next morning! They were very professional and made sure everything was perfect. Overall great experience.

Brendan did an excellent job diagnosing the problem in a very hot attic! He was very professional and even took his shoes off to come in the house. We were very appreciative that they were able to fit us in for a same day service call.
