They had someone to look at our AC within a few hours. Unfortunately it needs replaced, but the guys were great and explained everything thoroughly. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision right away. This was as good as an experience as it could be.

Dillon was amazing he did all the work by himself because his partner was sick unfortunately but did a fantastic job and in a timely manner he replaced the fins on our ac unit and did maintenance it took no time at all thank you again Dillion and Barry hope you feel better soon

Called office, spoke to Megan, when a/c stopped cooling, service call was the next day. Justin checked unit which was 14 years old and repair cost was not worth repairing so decided to have unit replaced. Justin gave us cost options for different units and allowed us to make final discussion without pressure. New unit was installed the same week by Brendan & Spence, arriving early and had us back with a\c by early afternoon. Everyone was professional and respectfull to us. Will continue to use this company and recommend to others.

Little pricey for a semi-annual evaluation and cleaning. However, worth it, if you believe in the need. Very through at over an hour on site. Liked the technician and his approach. Didn't push too hard on the overpriced recommended add on options which many do.
