I've been a customer for several years now and I have nothing but praise. They run the company as if it's a small, mom and shop place. When it's time to do maintenance, I'll always get a call from the same person to remind me it's coming up and will help find a spot on their schedule. When the maintenance person shows up, it's been the same two for the past 4 years. In other words, when you deal with this company, they work hard to earn your trust with one-to-one relationships that will never make you feel like you're just being sent anyone they can find to do the work. To me, dealing with a company that values building that trust is important. I get frustrated when many of these other service companies that send you just whoever is available and it's always a different person your dealing with. I hate feeling like I'm dealing with a cable company. So if you value personal business relationships, You should work with Univesal HVAC Crop. You'll see what I mean.

I love the fact that Universal HVAC is a family owned company. I had AC problems and I contacted this company to make repairs at my house. They were quick and efficient. Very professional as well. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family!

Our A/C compressor was under the manufacturer 5-year warranty but broke this summer. We found this company to replace it with a reasonable price. It's working properly so far and we love the prompt response and service that this company provides.

I purchase a brand new ac unit for my house and i been calling many times for service, under warranty and this people never answer the phone or return text messages about my problems with the unit.
I wouldn't recommend this company at all.
The salesperson Ray Lopez another artist that only wants to sell you the unit and that's it.

Please be aware!! It seems like the management for this company have changed! They are willing to lie just to get your business even when they don't know what they're doing or how to do the task!

After hiring them, I now have to go out of my way and also spend more money to get another company to fix all of the problems they made.
